"The listing is exactly as stated. The view is exactly as shown in the listing. This property sits high on a hill above Sumner Beach and you have an amazing view of Sumner town below. The property is a modern cabin in the hills. The only issue we had here was a clogged bathroom drain and shower; both were fixed unfortunately on the last day of our stay, although we reported it on the first night and was told someone would fix it the next day.
