River trip

Very nice house! We had one hiccup with check in instructions but the property management was prompt and helpful. The fire pit in the back was a nice touch for the kids to roast s’mores and hot dogs after the river. We did not use the hot tub, but I know the management was refilling it prior to our arrival, so it was cleaned. The master bathroom was not entirely clean though, especially the shower. Otherwise the beds and rest of the house seemed very clean and well maintained. We would stay here again!

I don't like doing reviews, but to battle the Karens of the world lol: It was a nice place to stay, it is as shown on the site, clean and I would stay there again. If it is close to where you want I would recommend.

Would absolutely visit again

The place was wonderful right by the river and anywhere you wanna go. Do believe they should put curtains and blinds in the living room. Felt the house behind the house and in front could see everybody insinde. Beautiful property with a hot tub. Would be great to be a weekend get away with plenty of room for the family

Nice house

The house is lovely. Very clean. However, there was NO ice. NO carafe for the coffee pot, so no coffee to sit outside and drink in the mornings. The fire pit was full of ash, so could not have a fire. When I asked if I could remove the ash, they said they would clean it out. Should have been cleaned out before I arrived. When I asked for some refund, they brought a new coffee pot the night before we left.

Canyon Lake Cutie!

Cute house in an older neighborhood. Property was clean with a nice hot tub. Close to Whitewater Amphitheater and Canyon Lake. Only thing missing was a coffee pot.

Weekend stay with family and dogs

The house was clean and had a great floor plan for a family or multiple people. It has all amenities you could need, plus more. The only thing missing was the coffee pot for the coffeemaker. The backyard was perfect and the hot tub was great. I highly recommend this house rental.

Beautiful house, just a little hot

We checked in on Thursday around 6pm, we noticed that it was kinda warm. We didn't think too much about it because of how hot the temperature was that week and figured it would cool off. We got back to the house later that night and that's when we contacted management. They told me to "give it time" so we slept kinda warm, the next day we were gone all day tubing. When we got back it was just starting to cool off after two days of leaving it turned on. They finally sent out an AC guy on day 3 of our trip and he stayed the whole day, finally fixed. Overall the house and location was beautiful, management just didn't get in a rush to get our problem fixed.

Had a great time with our grown children and grandchildren, we want to the river and played in the water and swim also jumped in hot tub great for relaxation we had game night it was great spending time with our kid's again didn't even have work on my mind

Really nice house, but master bath not clean

The house is pretty nice. It’s fully updated inside and close to town making it very convenient. Our only issue was the master bath, it was obvious it wasn’t cleaned well at all. Seemed like the only part of the house that way. Hoping it was a one off because we did enjoy the rest of the house.

Comfortable Thanksgiving trip

Nice home for a rainy Thanksgiving. Great kitchen and dining area and overall relaxing. We didn’t get to do much outside but some of us enjoyed the hot tub. Comfortable beds and cute house. Worked great for 2 couples.

Gorgeous Home

This is such a cozy home! Perfect lay out and perfectly located near all the outdoor activities Canyon Lake has to offer! The hot tub was spectacular with a very nice TV set up and comfy couches!

Great Canyon Lake Stay

I rented this house because I was officiating a wedding at The Preserve. The house seems very new with an open concept layout, spacious master, comfortable decor, and great landscaping. The lots in the neighborhood are large, the neighboring properties were very quiet, and I felt extremely safe. The property is in a perfect location to all the fun activities in Canyon Lake.
