Hi! We loved staying at this property. Even though the weather was not ideal, we had a relaxing and fun family weekend indoors, at the pool, and at the local park. There’s a pizza place nearby and an ice cream shop. We would love to come back!

Family float trip

This condo was clean, had everything you need and was a great location. We loved that we could walk a block jump on our tubes and float the river and end at the back side of the condo! We only wished we had booked another night and are already planning on a return trip!

Enjoyed our weekend trip

This was our second time at this property and would definitely rent again in the future. It is nicely decorated, located right on the river with great views, and had everything we needed to cook and be comfortable during our stay. The owner is responsive and helpful in ensuring everything goes smoothly.

Amazing Stay!

Location is FANTASTIC. Great view of the river plus easy access! Go buy your own floats and you can walk across the street, jump in and take your own little one hour float that puts you right outside your condo. If you can go up to the chutes it’s about three hours depending on the current (we did not get to do this one, but this is what I was told). It’s also right across from the “new“ side of Schlitterbahn, which was great. My husband was able to walk back a couple of times to get a few things we forgot and restock on food and drinks which saved tons of money.As for the space itself, it’s beautifully decorated, and the air conditioner runs really cold, which is great in the Texas summer heat! Check in was incredibly easy and communication was fantastic. They also did not call the police on me for accidentally stealing two of their towels so that was great lol (I am paying for it so don’t do that). Anyway, this was a great stay and definitely worth the price. Have fun!

Perfect spot for New Braunfels vacation

The property is even better than the listing! It was immaculately clean and well-appointed. Great location with easy river access. Comfy bed and freezing AC (probably the MOST important criteria LOL). Communication with the owner was super timely and efficient. This is a must-stay location on the Comal. It was very nice that both river-view balconies are private. Some other units have no privacy from the neighboring unit. I have stayed in many of the Camp Warneke rentals over the years and this is one of the very best. I will be back again and probably have to fight off my family members to get this listing first.

River Paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were right across from Schlitterbahn which was within walking distance. The river was right below our balcony with a great “nature show” at night. We saw deer, foxes, skunks, opossums, and ducks. The kids loved it!! We could walk right down to the beautiful blue river water and float/swim. The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed for the week. The only issue we had was that it definitely needed a deep clean. There was a lot of dust buildup on the vents and ceiling fans, as well as some of the walls. Overall, we would love to come back again sometime in the future!
