Upon arrival, we noticed that the "clean" towels contained hair. Next, the water in 3 locations was brown and discolored. Finally, we located two dead roaches. All of this was disclosed immediately to management, with no response until the next day. I was told the water was to be expected due to nearby construction (not disclosed in listing and unclear if the water was even safe), roaches were not a problem because they were "already dead" and to be expected (not disclosed in listing). After going to the management office during their posted hours only to find it too was closed due to "construction" (not disclosed) I told management I had no choice but to leave and find clean water and a roach free residence. After leaving early, owner refused any refund. Avoid. Carpet is stained, roaches, discolored water, dirty towels, water damage in the ceiling. Worst VRBO experience I've ever had.

This property was exactly as described. It was conveniently located - Steps from water park, river floating, swimming pool/hot tub, and dining. We had a great time!

The imdividual property was nice and great location. Individual bedrooms could use an upgrade. The property complex on river side had trash all along the river bank. Not the issue of owner but rather complex management.

Family River Trip

Property was in a great location and very clean. You can walk to Schlitterbaun. The only problem we had was with our very disrespectful neighbors. Not a property problem.

Love the location

We loved this specific condo - our balcony faced the comal river and we loved being able to swim in the water after hours! The only complaint is the water pressure was very low, so the girls had a hard time washing their hair.

WONDERFUL. We had such a great time on our girls trip. We loved floating the river and hanging out at the hot tub. This is the perfect place for families. We could see deer from our balcony, the water was perfect floating from the public access to our condo. I cant wait to bring my family back

Very nice, spacious, perfect location condo

Very nice, clean condo, spacious perfect location. Deborah was the best host. She suggested places to eat. Which we took her up on. The Buttermilk Cafe has the best breakfast. We also went to to the Alpine Haus, another place for great German food. We will definitely be back !

Excellent Stay!!!

Very nice condo! Perfect location for floating the river and experiencing Gruene/New Braunfels. The property manager is awesome and very responsive if needed. Will definitely stay here again.

Great family getaway

Very nice property, well maintained, great location. We were so bummed at first to learn that all public river access is currently closed. (And disappointed to not learn that from the owner in advance.). However, once we learned how to get on the river safely- we were delighted to have it all to ourselves. Notes to renters during pandemic: - BYO tubes. (Rental agencies are closed) - if it’s easy to bring two cars you can do your own shuttle - or prepare to walk to downtown in your swimsuit in order to float back to the condo. (It’s an easy 20 min walk)

We had a very enjoyable time here. Access to the river was good, even in the pandemic. Quiet and clean. The condo was very nice. Spacious and clean. Owner was very responsive to the one question I had. We would definitely stay here again.

Exceeded expectations

We had an amazing stay at the property. The private access to the Comal River was perfect and the pool and hot tub after dark were the topping on the cake. What made the rental so amazing is that Deborah was super responsive and a fabulous manager. I will definitely book this property again.

Great Little Getaway

This was the perfect condo for our party of four. You could easily add another couple kids, or a young couple. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities to feed ourselves while we couldn't dine in restaurants and the access to the river was amazing. We could't properly float the river but we could easily access the water and swim/float near the complex. Would stay here again.
