The stay was comfortable for eight adults to stretch and be in their own space. Public places were inviting, prompted confession and gathering. We grilled for most of the time, and enjoyed the first floor cover area the most. We all slept well, cooked large breakfasts, and enjoyed the Sunday football games in the spacious living room...we had successful family excursion.

We had a great time at this house in Seguin. Two families and three generations all enjoyed this place that had lots to offer for everyone. We love to play all sorts of games and this property (plus what we brought ourselves) provided endless opportunities to play over three days. Would definitely go back and recommend to others.

Family gathering

All ages had a nice time, took our kayak down for a nice paddle, bbqued, and enjoyed reminiscing with family we hadnt seen in a while. House well stocked with everything we needed, plenty of room for all to enjpy!

Beautiful and peaceful

I loved this place. We lost our son and I wanted a place that was within range of our 3 grown girls. It wasn’t hard to find and I would certainly stay again. Everyone commented about how beautiful it was. The host decorated it perfectly for Christmas. We all felt welcomed and very comfortable. Glad the kitchen was very functional since there was 9 adults that are always hungry! Thank you for making our Christmas perfect.

The most serene stay!

We had the sweetest weekend celebrating my friend who is about to get married. Between the bride & bridesmaids (and a few of our babies) there were 11 of us, and the space was absolutely perfect for the group! We got to spend so much wonderfully relaxing time in the home, outside with the nature, and exploring downtown Seguin, 5 minutes away. Roxanne is incredibly communicative and helpful. Would absolutely recommend it and stay again!!

Perfect for 3 families!

Enjoyed the vastness and layout of the home which is only 30 minutes to the Comal river, which was the reason for our trip. We had 3 families with 8 17+YO kids. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out and the ground level playroom was fantastic with pool, grill, ping pong and pool table, and so much more. Beds were comfortable and clean. A/C worked wonderfully.

We had an excellent stay in Seguin, TX. The house was spacious and beautifully appointed, offering plenty of room for our group. It was perfectly situated for our tubing adventure on the Comal River. Cousin Camp fun

This house was perfect for our annual Cousin Camp. Easy access from Houston and San Antonio; lots to do in the area, and on the property and in the well-equipped house. Lots of bedroom and game areas, pool table and swimming pool-great for a large family or friend group! We loved it!

Great for extended family vacation

We had a great time at the house for our annual family river trip. We ended up having 10 adults & 4 kids, ranging in age from 1 to 12 years old. The pool was great; we spent a lot of time out there. Also, the bottom floor was a fun space with fooseball, ping pong & pool tables. All the beds were comfy, and we had plenty of linens, pillows, & blankets! Thanks for a great stay!

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed the big Mediterranean house! We had plenty of room for our big family. We enjoyed using the pool and the Game room area. Some of our group even fished in the river. The property host was very easy to communicate with! We appreciated that!

Great house for a group & Lots to do in Seguin

We are a group of 8 girls in our 60’s. The property owner was very helpful and easily accessible, while also giving us privacy. The town of Seguin had so many options for food and activities. We stayed busy for 4 days eating, shopping, crafting, and visiting. We would definitely come back. Alice Go Girls

This was a very spacious house and had everything you need to entertain kids and teens! We drove to San Marcus to ride the river once then stayed at the house enjoying the pool, fished the river behind house and played the games under the home. Roxanne is a great host!.The Root Cellar is a wonderful breakfast place not far. Less than 30 mins drive. We did not get to try Court st cafe but that one is 4 mins from house. Loved our stay here!!

Fabulous Vacation Home

We had a lovely stay! Roxanne was very attentive to one issue we had and made sure everything was taken care of for us. There was plenty of space for our entire party and we loved the castle-type feel of the home. We wish the river was a bit higher but that would not stop us from returning!

Great weekend getaway

The photos definitely did not do justice to this unique Tuscan themed home. We experienced finicky weather on our stay, so we were only able to enjoy the pool briefly, but the abundance and variety of games and activities provided by the owners allowed us to enjoy our stay all the same. We played ping pong, pool , foosball, cards and some kids even played board games. I would highly recommend this property.
