We had a great time here for Thanksgiving. The kids played non stop outside and in the barn. Very accommodating and comfortable, VERY CLEAN. There was plenty of space and privacy, there are 4 masters with en suite bathrooms which was a huge plus.

We stayed at this property with 7 families, and it was absolutely perfect for our group. The house was spacious, comfortable, and incredibly well-equipped – ideal for relaxing and spending quality time together.The pavilion area was a major highlight! With a pool table, table tennis, foosball, and a built-in bar, it created such a fun, party-friendly atmosphere. Everyone—from kids to adults—had a great time hanging out there.The location was also super convenient. Everything was close by, whether it was the water park or the river, so we didn’t have to worry about long drives or overplanning.On top of all that, the host was fantastic—very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. It really helped make the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.Overall, this home made our group trip stress-free and full of great memories. Highly recommend for large groups or family getaways!

This was the best home that we have stayed over the summer holidays. Not only was it within walking distance to the water park, it was a superb facility for a large family reunion. The game pavilion was an added bonus. It provided an excellent venue for games, dance party, and family eating. The decor of the restored home was exquisite. So much so, that ideas were remembered for use in our own homes. The amenities were excellent. Chip and salsa awaited us when we arrived in addition to a fine vintage wine. All aspects of the stay were very impressive.

Great Property

Super cute house with plenty of space th hang and talk and play. Location is perfect for walking to attractions and restaurants. A bit busy but it calms down at night and there is an exit out into an alley so you do t have to exit onto main road. The additional game building g worked perfect for us. Those who want to stay up were out there and others could go to sleep in main house. Would recommend to family’s and large groups. Great property

Perfect for schlitterbahn

we have been going to Schlitterbahn for 35 years and this is the perfect place to stay for the park and for floating the Comal river! Plenty of beds for families or a big group of friends and the Pavillion is great entertainment with ping pong, a pool table, shuffle board, and foosball table:) Perfect house and we hope to be back next year!!

Wedding Weekend

We used all 7 of the bedrooms with family and friends for our son's wedding weekend - we even used the Pavilion for the Rehearsal Dinner. The house was large and spacious There was plenty of room for everyone to have space and not be crowded. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived and the door code given to us was easy to remember (genius!). We had a great time and will keep this place in mind for future large group needs. Thanks for helping us have a memorable wedding weekend!

Family Fun

This property was perfect for our family Christmas trip! The accommodations allowed our family of 10 to be together under one roof. The party barn out back was a blast. Our teens and preteens loved it. They had plenty of entertainment. The house was well organized with everything we needed. Check in and out was easy.We will book this property again.

Bubbles & Brews!

Hosted my niece’s bachelorette party here and it was an AMAZING space for an event. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor pavilion with endless games, the house was beautiful, the kitchen had everything you could possible need, it was within walking distance to Wurstfest. Can’t recommend this place enough! Stop searching and book here - promise it’s worth every penny!

Wedding Group

First, the house curb appeal is gorgeous. Second, the three bedrooms downstairs (could sleep 10) was great for those over (70). The kids (cousins) enjoyed the rooms with twin beds upstairs. Our group was 14. Third, Kitchen was very workable with everything we needed. Fourth, enough room for adults to gather in living area to enjoy Saturday’s college football games on the large TV. Fifth, the game barn!! The game barn was such a great place for the group to enjoy playing the games together. Sixth, parking was a small challenge if several vehicles, but worked for us 6 vehicles. Seventh, Bathrooms were perfect for all 14 of us to get ready to attended a family wedding less than 2 miles away, location was perfect. Eight, schlitterbaun next door was closed for the season but such a great location to enjoy from this home. Ninth, the home is beautiful you’d never know it’s 100 years old, upgrades are perfect, with decor touches from the history of the home. Something to be treasured and honored. Great place and location.

Fantastic property

Our family of 16 stayed at this house… we had family ages 2 to 72 & EVERYONE loved it! First house we stayed in as a family that no one complained! The kids had a blast in the game room and the parents were able to spread out in all the rooms without feeling cramped! Great place and hope to book again!

The perfect retreat for a large group

I was blown away by this place! It was so clean and had all the amenities we needed while we were there. My son got married at the County Courthouse and so we rented this home for our small group to be able to stay together. The party barn in the back was the perfect place for us to celebrate! Everyone had their own space and bathroom. There are so many games and tables there for everyone to play. It is so close, walking distance to so many attractions. If you are planning a group get together in New Braunfels, this is the place to go. We plan on getting back here as soon as we can! We won’t stay anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Don't make plans to leave the house

You might think you are going to go and do all sorts of activites all around the area, but you will feel so comfortable and have so much fun in the bar you will not want to leave. The kitchen is well stocked, plenty of bathrooms and hot water for your group, and the house has a super cool layout. 100 out of 10 stars.

Guys trip

Group of guys rented this house for a guys golf trip. The house was perfect. The beds were great, bathrooms were good, and the kitchen had everything needed for preparing dinner. The party barn was absolutely wonderful, all the games to be played inside with built in sound. Plenty of space outdoors to hold a corn hole tourney. We will be back!

This was an amazing home with a perfect location

We had a wonderful time at the home and the pavilion/ game room was a great option. We had a pre wedding meeting/ rehearsal inside the pavilion and everyone had a great time with the accommodations. I definitely would recommend this location to my family and friends.

Amazing Gathering Spot!!

We had a corporate retreat at this property and it was the perfect spot. The outdoor “barn” area is where spent most of our time, served all meals and was the perfect spot for a large group.
