Spring break

Nice, comfortable experience. Enjoyed the 1st floor unit with view of River. Walked down to river and did fishing, paddle boarding and swimming in the crystal clear waters of the Guadeloupe River.Neighbors were all friendly.

Rio Guadalupe Condo

Loved the view and excellent location on the river. Grounds were well kept and maintained. Had a few minor issues inside of condo but didn’t affect our stay at all. Overall was well pleased with everything.

2nd straight year

Communication with the manager was excellent. Property is well maintained, clean, and comfotrable. Check-in and out process is simple. Location on the river is perfect. Always a great atmosphere. That is the reason we've booked this property 2 years in a row. We'll be back again.

Location was great. Bottom floor so walk out right on the river. Condo was clean, well stocked, & as described. If I had one complaint it would be mattress in the master bedroom was pretty worn out & uncomfortable but that is minimal & everything else was great.

Perfect location!!!

I love that this rental is as advertised. It had everything we needed for an amazing family weekend and easy access to white water amp for the Willie show! Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. And the patio was amazing. Walking just steps down to the river to fish or read was exactly what we needed.

Loved your place!

The property was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. We were there with friends for a weekend music festival at the property next door. Previously, we'd stayed in the cabins next door but for just a little more $, we got way more space and comfort (and quiet) by staying here! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!! Our group especially loved the patio area. What a great place to begin or end your day!

clean, family friendly, riverfront condo

was like walking into our home. very very clean property, anything you needed ie towels, chairs, any kitchen items. Owner was very nice and available if we needed anything. All bedrooms were very nice. Will rent again in the future. Thank you!

Girls trip

Girls trip get away. Condo was perfectly located. We enjoyed the quietness and beautiful surroundings. Was a perfect time in the middle of the week to enjoy an older crowd and not have to worry about a bunch of teenagers and young adults being rowdy. We really enjoyed our stay.

Good times at Rio Grande Condo

Very nice place for for my family and I to stay for a few days. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view of the Guadalupe river was wonderful! Would definitely consider staying there again.

Great rest and relaxation.

We wanted to stay somewhere with direct river access and a pool and have separate sleeping areas for each couple. This was perfect. The baby deer and daily family of ducks were a sweet bonus. The nearby grocery stores and restaurants from canyon lake to New Braunfels were easily accessible. We even enjoyed a day at Canyon Lake Dam. Just a great getaway.

Great location!!

We had a family reunion next door at one of the big pavillions/hall. We just had to walk around a fence to get there. The condo was perfect, no issues at all. We had 6 of us that stayed and had plenty of room. The patio looked over the river, beautiful scenery! Just walk down the hill to get into the water. Shallow enough to sit in or walk across to the other side. Would definitely stay there again, just needed more time.
