Girls weekend, five ladies. Comfortable for all of us I think lamps would be helpful in living room and someone is logged in to the TV prohibiting use of streaming services. The place was clean, great location, convenient river access

(Always a plus) Its easily the best location on the river! My only "complaints" would be there was no can opener, the dish soap bottle was empty and 1 bed was missing a pillow. I highly recommend!!

Great access to the River. And can cook or go out. (Many wonderful places close by. Never have problems and people there are so nice. Home away from home!

The place could use a thorough deep cleaning though. It wasn’t dirty, but noticed some things that could use attention. Maybe a few updates, bath linens more blankets for the beds. Other than the cattle running around upstairs at night, it’s a great place and would book again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in 3 different units at the Rio Guadalupe Condos. This is one of the top 2 we stayed in. The only downside is the 6 person capacity verses the 8 for many of the others. The use of a mattress pad on top of a pillow top mattress is WAY too soft. The unit was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. The clock on the wall with no batteries set to 5:00 was a nice touch. Very comfortable furniture on the porch facing the river.

The only minor issue was the Condo upstairs when you can hear every footstep they were making. we were doing everything we could do to not disturb other residents because we respect that owners actually live there. It was other renters that seemed to press the disturb issues. I don't envy owners trying to keep the area peaceful when they have unruly renters. It was very comfortable to stay here.

This was our second time staying in this condo. It is perfect for us. Great location on the river with a tube rental just next door. The condo is always clean and well maintained.

We can’t wait to come back! My only complaint is the amount of light that comes in at night due to lights right outside the window. We draped the extra blankets over the curtains and it helped!

Perfect Little Getaway

The condo was extremely clean, well appointed, and very inviting! Everything looked brand new. The view of the river is fantastic. Very nice to sit on the back porch and enjoy this fall weather. Love being on the ground floor too. Perfect location for enjoying all the fun in this area! I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful setting.

Wonderful ground floor condo with comfortable patio seating that we thoroughly enjoyed each evening. Convenient location for early morning lake access (a must for us) and for New Braunfels, San Marcus, and Wimberley attractions. Cool river water made for a nice break from the mid-afternoon August heat. We would definitely consider a return trip to this location.

Beautiful get away

We loved our time at this property! The river access was the best part, we brought our own tubes and loved just hanging out in the cool, clean water. The property was very clean and comfortable and I would highly recommend it as a nice place to stay. Centrally located between Canyon Lake and New Braunfels made checking out the local area very easy.

FANTASTIC property! Quiet, clean, secure, and immediate access to the Guadalupe! WONDERFUL property!

Pictures really do not do it justice. The property felt much bigger than what it actually was, but the layout was perfect. We had a great stress-free time and we cannot wait to return!

Fun and expensive

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was easy and the condo is very nice and had everything we needed. The river access is beautiful, but there’s a short hike uphill to get back. That could be difficult for some. The only down side is the cost $1000 for a 2 night stay is pretty expensive. $300/night + taxes + fees+ $125 cleaning cost. We usually stay here but will probably try to find something a little less pricey so we can stay longer next time.
