POOLSIDE OASIS!! Introducing our newly listed vacation condo. This condo has just recently come on the market, so we have no reviews at this time. However, we encourage you to take advantage of our opening prices and give us the opportunity to host you and your family. This condo has everything you could want, a true oasis 200 yards from the enchanting Guadalupe River. Yes, Poolside Oasis at the Waterwheel Resorts Condos is ready to deliver a great time for your entire family.

This condo is located at Waterwheel Resort Condos, 730 E Mather, on the first floor. It is a large 2 bedroom unit with 2 queen beds, with a flat screen tv in the large master bedroom. The full master bath has a bath tub/shower combination that one can soak away the day’s activities or take a quick shower for those on the go.

The second bedroom has a single queen bed and flat screen tv mounted on the wall. The second bathroom is located immediately to the left of the second bedroom door and has a large shower.

This unit also has a full service kitchen with just installed brand new appliances (GE stove, microwave and dishwasher) for your use. Kitchen has all the amenities you need to prepare meals, and includes a toaster, Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods available and a Hamilton Beach coffee maker if you want to make a pot for everyone.

The large living area has a couch, recliner and several chairs. There is also a 55” flat screen tv for your use. All tv’s use Spectrum streaming for your viewing pleasure. Wi-fi and internet available. Login/password is located in our welcome book and also on the cheat sheet located on the refrigerator. There is a queen size air mattress and pump located in the closet of the master bedroom for the kids, if needed.

Once settled in, our patio door opens to a private patio with table and chairs for you to enjoy. Open the patio gate and you are a mere 20 ft. from the upper pool and two hot tubs. BBQ grills and tables are available should you want to use them.

We have a second pool located in the river bottom. Access to that area is controlled by a private access locked gate (you will receive the access code upon check in). Once in, it’s a nice stroll to our lower pool. This pool is GREAT for little people as it has a wade in area. There is also a large patio shade to get out of the sun if the need arises. There are also two hot tubs by this pool as well. BBQ grills and picnic tables await you to treat you family to a meal out in nature.

About 50 yds further down the hill is the fabled Guadalupe River. There is river access there for you to float around, kayak or just take a lawn chair and sit in the river and watch the world float by.
There is a plethora of things to do in and around New Braunfels. Our welcome book has several options for eating, golf as well as other suggestions. As a point of interest, the world famous Schlitterbahn is located approximately 6 blocks away and is an easy walk from Waterwheel Resort Condos.
If you are feeling a little more adventurous you can always venture out to Austin (state capitol, UT and the Highland lakes), San Marcos (San Marcos River and Texas State U), San Antonio (of course, the Alamo – the cradle of Texas history, Sea World, Fiesta Texas and points west.
All in all, New Braunfels is a great place to spend your vacation time and Poolside Oasis is a great place to stay.
***NOTICE*** Large group availability. If you have a wedding, anniversary or any other large event scheduled in or around New Braunfels, this condo plus two others on the first floor with direct access to a pool and hot tubs are available to rent. All three units have direct access to the pool and are all very close together. Between the three units we can house a group of up to 18 persons. For very large groups we can house up to 32 persons comfortably within the Waterwheel community. Call today for special large group availability.
