Excellent accommodations! We have stayed at many vacation rentals over the past several years and this one was the absolute best! This loft's decor and layout was impressive. It was very clean and had absolutely everything we needed and more! The attention to detail (filtered water, chilled glasses, blankets for the recliners, insect repellent, etc.) was very thoughtful and appreciated! This unit is conveniently located to Wimberly and offers a beautiful view of the Hill Country. We had a wonderful stay for our anniversary and can't wait to return!

When we arrive, the host Suzzy, greeted us. She was very nice and friendly. She informed us about everything we had at our disposal and to let her know if we needed anything. The place was very clean and very comfortable for my wife and me. Very close to Wimberly Square, the Blue Hole Natural Area and Jacob’s Well. We had a great stay.

Mt. Baldy Nest was a perfect fit for me. I was traveling solo (but The Nest could have accommodated two people easily) and ran across this listing after looking at a number of options in Wimberley. I could not have asked for a better place to call home for 6 nights. The property is conveniently located a short walk from the stairs to climb Mt. Baldy and a short drive from the downtown village of Wimberley. It is in a very quite and comfortable neighborhood that is also very walkable. It is a beautiful setting. The Nest is well equipped for cooking and living...Suzzy has spared no expense in having all of the things necessary for a very comfortable stay. The Nest was spotless and everything was in perfect order. Lastly, Suzzy was an amazing host. She was easy to connect with via text or phone and super helpful in helping me find my way around Wimberley. I look forward to my next stay in Wimberley which will definitely be at The Nest.

The perfect place for a getaway! We drove in after dark, and we were greeted with lights leading us up to our door. So many extra, personal touches throughout the property. We felt like we were staying in a treehouse. Great views in the deck, wooded property, plush outdoor seating, beautifully toned chime hanging in a tree, birds chirping, you cannot ask for a better place to sip coffee in the morning or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. The interior was very clean. Comfortable king sized bed, theater recliners and a huge television. The host did a great job communicating and leaving notes for directions for all the things. We didn’t need to run to the store for anything. It exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this charming rental!!

Great location! It was quiet throughout the day and evening. Host was there in case we needed anything. House was clean, nice and cold, and everything we needed was there for us! It’s a beautiful property and very close to downtown Wimberley even though it seemed we were right in the middle of the Hill Country! We will definitely stay there again if we head that way!

Whether you are staying a weekend or for a week, the Nest is perfect! Plenty of outdoor space to relax and everything you need inside. The owners are very responsive to any questions. I would highly recommend to anyone. If I ever come back I am definitely going to book the Nest again!

This little efficiency over the garage gave beautiful evening and morning sun views. It was very nicely set up with everything you need for a quiet get away. The owner is very welcoming and gives very nice details about this rental. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay.

Cute, convenient and organized.

When we walked in, we immediately dropped our bags and started checking out the pics on the walls. There is a lot of classic rock memoriabla. The next thing we noticed is how organized everything was. There were clear instructions on remotes, fans, lightingand televisions.The kitchen area was stocked with anything you could need and, again, so cute and organized. The price was fantastic. Youwe loved our stay.

Great location in Wimberly Texas

The accommodations could not have been better and the owners Suzi and Ian were a delight. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Everything was perfect and we would highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to stay near Wimberly Texas that is not too far from Austin. Texas hill country is beautiful and early April there is quite comfortable. The only thing that the owners could not control were the clouds on the day of the eclipse. The stay was wonderful in spite of missing totality.

Birthday Getaway

This property is just what we needed to spend a few gloriously relaxing days in the beautiful Texas Hill Country! Just as described, the place was clean, close to town and many local attractions, and best of all it was quiet and peaceful with beautiful surroundings. We saw a good number of deer on and close to the property, and the occasional music of the wind chimes was a unique and enjoyable touch. We would definitely love to return!
