The property appears nice, but the kitchen emits gas from the stove constantly which is very strong. We were in fear for our lives once we entered the property and we explained this to the company managing the property. Ultimately we had the gas turned off by the gas company because of the great concern of being poisoned. The pool, and hot tub are not able to be controlled by the visitors. This is highly frustrating as each time you want to warm the hot tub you must call the company and wait on hold. They are also not available during certain hours. None of the fireplaces worked. There weren't any instructions or information provided to help navigate how to have a great stay at the house. We simply had to guess at how to do things at the home. This led to a series of multiple phone calls to the managing company which answered sporadically or sometimes not at all. It was very frustrating and at 1600 a night, unacceptable. The home is dangerous as it relates to the gas issue. They also don't have guardrails inside the kitchen area where there are stairs. My family member slipped down the stairs and landed on their back. It's extremely dangerous in that area.
