The condo has a good view and is well decorated and it is nice to be on the ground floor but the living room is cramped. When we arrived, the door code didn’t work. We did call the condo company and they gave us a working code. We get to the master bedroom and the sliding glass door to the outside patio is broken and won’t open due to a messed up track—condo company sent someone to “fix” it—it now somewhat opens (if you’re a bodybuilder and you literally muscle it open). There is an electrical problem with the fan and ceiling light in the middle bedroom—the light constantly flickers—every single second—and the fan and/or light has a very loud whirring sound. They also “fixed” this but you had to have the switch just right for it to work. Looking back on past reviews, the sliding glass door and electrical issues have been issues with this condo for about 3 years now. So they know this is an issue and choose to let guests have to deal with it. The condo is not stocked well. Kitchen is stocked ok but there were no extra trash bags. Very few towels for a 3 bed condo. There was only 1/2 roll of toilet paper in each of the 2 bathrooms with no extra. This condo is way overpriced for what the condo company provides. We were there with a large family and had another condo rented on the second floor that was managed by a different company—the upstairs condo was well maintained with plenty of towels, toilet paper, etc—world of difference from the way this condo was managed.
