THE SPACE
This is a home built for togetherness. The living room and kitchen share one big, open space, so whoever's cooking is still part of every conversation. Sink into the huge sectional couch — a favorite for movie nights. A wood-burning fireplace warms cool evenings and central AC keeps summer comfortable.

The kitchen is stocked for real cooking, not just reheating — full-size stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and plenty of dishes and wine glasses. The large dining table seats the whole group, and a margarita maker stands ready.

Sleeping fits up to 15 across four bedrooms plus flexible living-room beds:

GUEST ACCESS & PARKING
You'll have the entire property to yourselves — every bedroom, the full kitchen and living space, all three bathrooms, the laundry, and the whole multi-level deck with the hot tub, pool, tiki bar, fire pit, and cove access. The only off-limits space is the garage. Check-in is contactless with your own keypad code, so you arrive after 4:00 PM on your own schedule. Keep in mind the home has multiple levels and stairs (including the walk down to the cove), so it's best for guests comfortable on steps.

Parking is free and plentiful — a rare luxury for a lake house this size. The driveways hold four or more vehicles right on the property, so bring the whole caravan without shuffling cars or paying for a spot. Free street parking is also available nearby for bigger groups arriving with boats or trailers. No passes or permits to arrange — just pull in, unload, and start your weekend.

• This is a family home in a quiet lakeside neighborhood — not a party house. Events and loud late-night gatherings aren't a fit.
• Maximum of 15 guests; the reservation count is the count we can host.
• If anyone in your group is under 30, please message before booking — we happily host respectful groups.
• The home has stairs and multiple levels — please supervise children near the water, hot tub, and pool.
• For insurance reasons, floats and inflatables aren't provided.
