Great place

Cute, clean and by the main pool!

We really enjoyed our stay! Owners were super helpful and responsive, place was very clean and conveniently located to town and Schlitterbahn, and it was cute! Loved looking out the door to people enjoying the summer!

Great Stay

Condo was clean and exactly as described. We would stay here again if we area in the area. Two comments not totally bad but something to mention. If you are staying in the master bedroom consider ear plugs. There is an elevator on other side of wall from headboard. We could hear elevator operating throughout the night. Patio furniture needs updating. Seats in chairs are all sunken in.

Family Vacation

This property is AAAA++++. I along with six other family members plus pets stayed at location and were not let down. The back patio is connected to the pool which made for short walk and with the Temperature in the 100s the whole stay made for enjoyable time. Sleeping area was great, living room was big enough for all of us and did not feel crowded. Anyone who stays at this location will not be disappointed!!! I’m looking forward to my next stay here and hope me and my crew are welcomed back. Thanks Kara for returning my emails quickly and THANK YOU for the memories!!!

Unit was clean, great space. Wish there was thorn-free grass area for pets. Had to remind neighbors of 11:00 p.m. pool curfew. Great location for local attractions & restaurants. Parking was also great.

Perfect Location

Our 3br, 2 b first floor condo was perfect. The condos are in an easy location to go anywhere in the city. The unit itself has a patio opening to the smaller pool which was great for my 3 yr old grandson. Walking down to the river was a nice walk with the path and trees. The spot in the river is great for all ages! We will definitely be returning to this unit, condos.

Enjoyable

We enjoyed our stay at this property while visiting our grown children over Thanksgiving. It was a great location and we made good use of the hot tub and heated pool. The grounds are beautiful. It was nice and quiet except for the elevator sounds, which can be heard through the walls quite well even in the night. The place is all tile but floors could use a good scrubbing. It is well stocked and equipped for most basic cooking. We found the beds very comfortable. The rental company was very responsive to resolving our pre arrival check in issues so that once we arrived all went smoothly. Would definitely stay again.

Comforatble, Clean Condo

Our family of six enjoyed our stay at this very clean condo in New Braunfels. We had everything we needed and then some. The kitchen was well appointed for the meals we cooked. Also, we were very close to the Civic Center where the convention we were attending took place. We will definitely come back!

Great Location! Comfortable!

This condo was great for our family! It was on the first floor which was great for my Dad and you could access the pool from the back door which was great foe the kids! It was also super close to Schlitterbaun which was where we spent one of our days during the stay.

I liked we could take our small dog. But we had unit by elevator which could be heard in 2 of the bedrooms at all hours of the night. The pool was very small. And the outside of units wasn't very eye appealing.

Room is basically in the pool

First off, when I called to verify directions, on our way to the “resort” the property manager didn’t have our reservation. It took them over an hour to figure it out. When we arrived at the complex ( it is definitely a renovated apartment complex) we found or room faced a very busy and loud street with a bus stop on the corner. We arrived at the property and the room was right off the pool on the patio side. The condo was clean is the only positive about this review. Literally right outside our patio door was “drunk pollooza 2020” There were dozens of people at the pool drunk off their butts, cussing loudly, arguing and a couple of boom boxes playing different loud music. There was no escape from the noise and chaos. There was also an iron gate outside the pool that was being slammed over and over and the sound was deafening. It truly felt as though dozens of drunks were in our room with us. When I complained, the property manager was rude and ready for a fight. We drove up from Iowa and we’re exhausted. We left and they kept our money. If your idea of a relaxing time is a front row seat to “meth madness” this is the place for you. The crowd was scary, not family friendly. Lots of bikers and tattoos and smokers. I think the reviews on here are fabricated or maybe we happen to be there during a biker rally.

Schlitterbahn 2021

We have stayed here many times and it is always a wonderful experience. Clean, beautiful, and convenient. Will be back again. Only issue this year was some “neighbors “ that decided it was okay to smoke pot out at the courtyard pool. They did leave when we gave them looks prior to us calling security.

Home away from home

We booked this property as we were on a military move from NC to TX and our closing date on our house kept getting moved. We have three 7 year olds and a 5 year old and this place was absolutely amazing for them. We were also able to stay with our two dogs who are very mild mannered and trustworthy. We have stayed in these condos before but this unit was absolutely perfect. It made a pretty horrible experience with getting into our house very enjoyable and relaxing. The communication with the rental agency was quick, very helpful and efficient. The check in was a breeze. We were given a code to the door and that was it. Easiest transaction I've ever had and I would highly recommend this unit!

Great location, great communication

This location is fantastic as far as Schlitterbahn and river activities! It’s perfect for families with the pool location and amenities. Management is incredibly responsive and great communication. Would stay again.

Comfortable

This property was a good fit for my family and our small dog. It was comfortable and pleasant. A neighbor told us about the other/heated pool which was nice. Great location between Austin and San Antonio. Plus New Braunfels was cute and quaint. Very mild issues: property map needed to show other pool and river access, could use a deep clean, dust bunnies under beds and in closets, food debris in sofa bed, the kitchen was cluttered with too much stuff, and there was a loud elevator shaft sharing the wall with the master bed. Overall a good stay.

Pet friendly, Spacious and Excellent location!

We had an amazing time at this location because there was a beautiful river located directly behind the property that we truly enjoyed. Having the convenience of having Rocking R tube rentals on property made things extremely easy for pick up and return from the river. Pool was located outside the patio. Definitely will be back!

We will come back!

We shared the condo with some friends (total of 4 adults and 4 kids, ages 4, 6, 8, 10) and it was great. There was room on the master bedroom floor for a queen size air mattress (which we brought) for one set of kids, and the other set stayed in the twin bedroom. Each bedroom has a big closet. Huge patio with a safety gate directly to the pool was awesome. Pool is a lot smaller than it looks in the photos, but it was fine. Kids had a great time swimming while the adults supervised from the shade. We enjoyed all the deer that wander nearby, too!
