We have stayed at Waterwheel Condominiums just about every summer since about 2010. This is by far the worst experience we have ever had.
First of all, the floor was sticky throughout the entire condo.
Secondly, the dishes in the cabinet were dirty. Fingerprints, lip prints, rings from drinks sitting in glasses. Some dishes had a fair amount of water sitting in them which means the dishes were hand washed and not run through the dishwasher. The dishwasher was also bone dry and there were a couple of dead flies laying in the bottom.
Thirdly, there was no soap for the dishwasher so I’m not sure how anyone could wash dishes with the dishwasher before they leave which is part of the renters to-do list before checking out.
Fourth, the appliances were dirty. Old food splattered on surfaces, the fridge handles were dirty from dirty hands grabbing the handles, etc. We had to wipe everything down with disinfecting wipes which is all we had as there were no cleaning supplies left for our use.
Fifth, the trash can lid had old food on it and needing a cleaning.
Sixth, the place needs a paint job.
Seventh, the master bedroom was huge. This is great except that the en-suite bathroom was super small. No more than one person at a time can be in there.
Eighth, the bed was horrible. The mattress felt like it was about 40 years old and there was trash under the bed. The guest bed was just as bad as the master.
WATERBUGS! There were waterbugs crawling on the floors and waterbugs in kitchen drawers.
THE PLACE WAS DISGUSTING. Would not stay again.
