Awesome property and location, Best Management

We live in Houston and our power was out due to Hurricane Beryl. We had booked this trip months ago, but since we had no air conditioning, I asked the property manager if it was possible to head there a day early. Not only did she say “of course “ but she gave us a discounted rate, and when our power unexpectedly returned, she allowed us to cancel that night for a full refund. The condo comfortably slept 8 adults, and was equipped with just about everything we needed. Would be happy to book this again.

Great location for pool/river access

We enjoyed our stay at this location. There is river access behind the pool area; the kids loved playing in the water. Be sure to have your tubes ready to ride down! We would gladly book again. Grocery stores nearby, not a far drive from the Comal river exit either.

Stairs stairs stairs lol

Love the place but I had a bum knee on my visit and my wife picked the top floor bedroom with the balcony. So I had to climb three flights every night. Do some cardio and buy a folding cart to take to take stuff to the river access before you go out. Aside from that its an awsome place to stay while in New Braunfels.

Great Stay on the river!

Really enjoyed our stay! Kara/Owner was great to work with and kindly offered another property option she also owned for us to stay when our original choice was no longer available due to our timing on booking the property. Simple and easy process to check in. Loved the condo unit itself and location and p proximity to the river, just a few steps away. Also, just minutes drive to downtown/historic area of New Braunfels. Our unit was a very nice and very clean! Beds were great and pictures of the unit were true to their detail. They have an easy process for check out as well. I will definitely choose this same condo again for a future visit.

I won't rent from these owners again

The property that this condos sits on is absolutely amazing! It has a beautiful huge yard with picnic tables and grills, multiple pools, multiple hot tubs, and the Guadalupe River runs right behind it. I will rent at the water wheel repeatedly in the future. I will personally never rent from these owners again. They do not ever stay in their condos so they don't know your experience. It is up to you to determine what maintenance needs to be done and then I guess deal with that. Even though it's a three bathroom house there were nine of us that had to deal with two tiny tiny bathrooms because one of them was non-functioning. But after we left when I talked to the owner about that that they said that was on us we should have called maintenance and dealt with it. We paid over $1,400 for two nights and did not want to spend our time dealing with maintenance issues. To me that is the owner's job. My 10-year-old grandson got ill and didn't make it to the toilet and even though we did everything we should have, because they had to wash the linens, which they state in their policies they're going to wash anyway, they charged us extra after the fact. Again gorgeous property would never rent from these women again.

Girls' weekend

Property was overall clean, kitchen well furnished. Twin beds were a bit too firm, but otherwise no complaints. We had an issue with the check in email, but the host responded to my messages very quickly.

Girls weekend

This was a great place to have a girls weekend and plenty of room for 10 of us. It is close to everything. The property manager was very sweet as well, any question I had they answered very quickly. I would definitely book it again.

Great property

Great communication with property managers and the condo was perfect for us. Property was clean and security was always seen patrolling the parking lot and property. We requested a crib and the management provided us with a brand new pack and play. We had 6 adults and 2 childen -ages 1yrs old and 2yrs old. We had plenty of room. The condo was close to Schlitterbahn which was important to us. We loved watching the dear in the morning and evenings and it was great to have 2 pools and the river, right on the property. I would definitely stay her again. We didn’t have a single complaint and felt very comfortable here.

Great stay

The check in was easy and the property was clean upon arrival. We were all very comfortable. There is one bedroom and one bath downstairs. Upstairs is the master suite and also the two additional bedrooms with another bath. The view from the back balcony is very nice with views of the big lawn.

Perfect place on the River

My party of ten absolutely enjoyed staying at this property. It is a perfect location to everything in New Braunfels. We has six 14 year old boys with our group. They were able to walk down to the river and fish and they loved the swimming pool and jacuzzi. The view from the two balconies were beautiful and very relaxing. Kara was great about communicating with us if we had any questions while there. The condo itself is very updated and we enjoyed it.

Clean, great attention to detail and Kara is beyond amazing

First and foremost, Kara is an amazing person to work with. She was patient, helpful and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The property was really clean and everything I could have needed was provided from grilling supplies to coffee filters. The inside of the property is decorated very well with attention to detail throughout each room. I would absolutely recommend this property. The only topic I can think of to critique is the fact the AC wouldn't go below 74, but it was so hot outside, that is understandable. Kara, thank you for all your assistance with regards to my multiple questions. I appreciate you and our Memorial Day weekend was a success!!
