We enjoyed our stay. We booked it at the last minute and our hosts were gracious enough in letting us check in early. When we had problems with the AC they moved us immediately to another property. The amenities were excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and hospitality and responsiveness of our hosts. We highly recommend staying with them!

Great location!Loved the river access and the ability to drive vehicles to the river bank. The house was very clean, cool and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the deck made a great sitting area.

Comfy, great location

This condo was very comfortable and in a great location. Easy river access and a gated community. Beds were very comfortable. Nothing bad to report. Only minor issue was the low water pressure in the master bath shower. Even so, shower was huge and still operational. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Stay on the Guadalupe

This place was great positioning with easy access to the river and to a great float transport company. We had a great time at the house that had a spacious kitchen/living room/porch and had easy beds to access. Easy communication with the owner made everything perfect. Would recommend!

Quick Getaway :))

Jeff was super nice and responded quickly to any questions we had. Great Location on River Road, private river access. It was nice that the house provided sheets, towels, soap, EVerything! We had a blast eating outside and playing games. We would stay here again for sure! Thanks Jeff ;))

House location was great. Close to the water with somewhat of a private beach area. House easily fit the 7 people we had and could have easily fit more. Definitely recommended

Family fun X100!

We had an amazing time. Ample room for 2 families to stay, steps to an amazing riverfront, everything you need for a great stay. Lots of places to organize a tube pickup or just hang out and enjoy the folks going by. Thank you Jeff! Great time.

Perfect house on the river!

We have rented this house from Jeff for four years now and every time we always enjoy our stay! We loved the new upgrades in the house and always having everything you could possibly need during your stay! We’ll be back again next year!

Amazing Time

We stay here every time we come to the river... so clean .. comfortable... relaxing atmosphere ...and close to the river ... I truly wish I could move in and live there for ever.. thank you Jeff for being such a tremendous host!!!!... see ya next year !!!

Great house, perfect location

This was our first year staying at this house and it was even better than previous year houses we’ve stayed. The water in the river was low this year but we had close access to the river to where we could bring all of our items and set up along the river instead of floating. The location was definitely a plus and would highly recommend.
