Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not a bad thing to say about my stay. Home was clean and neat! It was big enough to fit all of my guest comfortably. We had one issue but it was resolved very quickly which I liked! Host had good communication with me about check in and check out times. Plus it was located in a great location!! 10/10 would recommend . I will definitely be coming back next year!

Decent Condo just a little walk to the river

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this condo for our blended family. it worked out great for us. We enjoyed it. Clean and organized. If I had to make one complaint, the only complaint would be is that there are no sitting areas around on the bottom floor. There is a really cute balcony on the 2nd level but it was not big enough for our group. We ended up spending a lot of time sitting on the outside steps and sidewalk. Regadless, we made due with what we had and had a great time!

Review

Very nice property and great location to the river and schlitterbahn. We enjoyed our stay however all the rules and threats of additional charges were a little disheartening. Separate location for check in and to return wrist bands was not convenient. Also, wristbands that were supposed to be worn at all times while in the complex did not fit the children and kept falling off. May need to consider adjustable ones for them. Management needs to review the rules on the refrigerator, on the wall above the thermostat and the paper rules that you are supplied at check in. There is some contradiction.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third year staying at Camp Warneke Estates condos. We love this location. Overall, we had a good stay. The bedroom with the bunkbeds was uncomfortably warm but the rest of the unit was comfortable. The cleaning could have been better. There was a used towel on the back of the bathroom door, a few dirty dishes in the cabinets, and the living room rug needed a better vacuuming. No major issues though. We found everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. The living room furniture was roomy and comfortable. Communication and response to our concerns was great. We had a wonderful time!

Nice stay but loud

Great place. Beds could have been softer for sure. Tons of pillows and blankets were provided. Lots of plates and silverware for big groups. Toilet was having issues when we got there but they got it fixed fast. Maintenance guy was very kind and fast at repairs. Parking area is nice and shaded felt like my car was definitely safe. The worse part was you could hear almost everything outside.

Nice family get away

This is a great house. The kitchen is a little small but worked for what we needed. The complex is in a very convenient spot in relation to the river and downtown. My only complaint would be the neighbors who I assume were there in a short term rental did not follow the quiet hours protocol.
