Summer Pointe is a bright and welcoming Texas Hill Country A Frame designed for easy getaways with family and friends. Conveniently located near Canyon Lake, Gruene, New Braunfels, San Antonio, and Austin, it's the perfect home base for spending your days exploring the area before returning to relax in a peaceful setting.



Inside, floor to ceiling windows fill the open living area with natural light, while vaulted wood ceilings and colorful touches create a comfortable space for gathering. The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals easy, and the dining area offers plenty of room to enjoy them together. Smart TVs, games, and thoughtful amenities throughout the cabin make it just as enjoyable to spend time indoors.



The cabin comfortably sleeps up to eight guests with two king bedrooms, a third bedroom with two full beds, two full bathrooms, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Outside, you'll find a spacious covered porch, a private fire pit, a gas grill, and access to the community ponds. Whether you're planning a weekend getaway or a longer stay, Summer Pointe offers all the comforts of home in the heart of the Texas Hill Country.

Pet Policy

Up to 2 dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee.



Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the cabin in order to preserve the freshness and comfort of the space for future guests.



Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 10 AM out of respect for neighboring cabins and the surrounding community. Sound travels easily throughout the forested mountain areas.



Event Policy

Small events and gatherings may be allowed at the cabin, and a small event fee may apply. Please reach out before your stay to discuss your plans. While we may be able to accommodate more people for events, only the maximum sleeping occupancy is allowed to stay overnight at the cabin.

We recommend bringing groceries, condiments, cooking oils and seasonings, personal toiletries, coffee and creamers, bug spray for mosquitoes and ticks, and ice.

Housekeeping provides a limited starter supply of essential items, including:

- Hand soap, dish soap, and cleaning supplies

- Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash

- Dishwasher pods and laundry detergent

- Coffee supplies (pods, grounds, filters, creamer, sugar)
