"We have stayed in hotels/B&Bs all over the Hill Country. We stayed in the good, the bad and the ugly. This one is in a gray area between the good and the bad. This is an older propery. Fairly well kept. The furniture is cheap and unattractive. The mattress was ok, just very loud when my husband would turn over. There were bugs...mind you mostly dead, but still bugs. Not a huge deal b/c it's in the middle of a tiny forest. We did enjoy our stay but I have suggestions: 1) Check all lights before...

"Me and my family went to this property to view the total eclipse and enjoy some time away from home for a weekend. While we did catch a lot of clouds for the event the rest of the stay was quite enjoyable. "We really enjoyed our stay at Shadowland. Beautiful property that is well taken care of. The vintage 1956 airstream is super cool, even thought its been updated its a glimpse back in time, to a time when things were built with quality and built to last. The hot tub was awesome, very peaceful property, easy to relax. Lots of stuff to do in the area. Would definitely stay here again if we return to the area."

"Las habitaciones están recien remodeladas, así que es un gran plus, las camas muy confortables, buen estacionamiento, el area de recepción/comedor muy bien y con sillones confortables. La ubicación también es agradable y tranquilo, los hoteles y negocios cercanos se ven bien también. Dos puntos a mejorar pero es importante decir que estaban bien a secas: las almohadas ya que están pequeñas y el desayuno agregar un par de cosas adicionales ayudaría mucho. Definitivamente regresaría sin problemas :)"
