This is premier condo on the Neuse river. Communication with Patricia was excellent and she was a responsive host. The expansive balcony overlooking the Neuse river was great for enjoying the river and boats. New Bern has a lot to offer and recommend the Trolley tour, ghost walk and Tyron.

Amazing! Beautiful accommodations and views

This is a clean and beautiful property, very well kept with amazing views and worth every penny. Would unusual love to stay there again. I actually got to take wedding pictures of my daughter on the premises and they are beautiful.

Spectacular View

View is the best of Neuse River, the marsh and the marina. Deck is a great place to see everything - it's a wraparound and has two areas for seating as well as an eating area. Have been to New Bern many times and there is always much to do including the beach at Fort Macon at Atlantic Beach, Swansboro and much more. New Bern has many good restaurants. All in all, this is a wonderful place to stay.

Wonderful Location

Great location with a wraparound deck and fantastic views. Condo was very clean and is spacious. The kitchen is well stocked with all supplies needed. Had fun playing mini golf at the community center. This condo is an end unit, located right next to the fishing pier and water. The fishing pier is subject to high usage both day and night, with people occupying it most of the week stayed.

Great location off the water. In my opinion the best condo location on the property. Place was very clean, our stay was short, wish we stayed longer. New Bern has a beautiful downtown.

Relaxing time

Great stay to check out Fairfield Harbour community. Close to New Bern and not far to the beach. Everyone was very friendly, marina right there. Easy check in Patricia was helpful and always available. Would stay again.

A place you won’t forget

The property is lovely, very peaceful and quiet, the neighbors are really nice making the trip feel even better. Plenty of things to do while staying, that the community offers. Even as a business trip the location is very nice making it simple to travel anywhere you would want to go.

Immaculate Space & View

In New Bern for a family Christmas party & wanted to stay somewhere more unique than a hotel in town. River’s Edge was a bit of a drive (20ish min from downtown New Bern) but worth it for the peace, tranquility, & amazing waterfront views. Very lovely & clean, & very comfy beds, …Only thing missing was a light bulb over the kitchen stove. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful views

The property has shown some wear over the years but it is spacious and clean. There were plenty of linens and starter supplies in the kitchen. Could not beat the beautiful sunrise from the porch! The neighborhood was very quiet.

Wondeful

We had a wonderful stay at River’s Edge. The condo was great and very accommodating, we had everything we needed. Patricia was available and responded immediately to the few questions we had. Being an end unit we had a wrap around deck so every morning we woke up to the beautiful Neuse River. We definitely would stay there again.
