Amazing!
This home is clean and welcoming. There are so many extra touches they do to make the stay comfortable and easy. I have stayed here twice and will continue to use this home!

Spring Break
This is the second time we have stayed here. It was very neat & cozy. There were plenty of towels, soaps and shampoos. The kitchen had everything we needed. If anyone has students at the college and you need a place to stay, we recommend this place. We will stay again.

Amazing Hospitality
The home was clean, cozy decorated and had everything needed for comfort. In addition, it had several added amenities including lots of snacks and water that my grandkids loved. Instructions posted throughout the house made it easier to feel at home. I was very impressed. Thank you Chris and Danny, it was the best home for my visit with my grandkids and family!!!

Great experience. Property is well equipped and clean. Easy access to everything in town. Great location. Easy to find. Great price. Beds very comfy. Linens good. Bath towels good. My relatives were very happy with their stay. Will rent again! Communication with owner was easy and quick.

Cute & cozy home with all the amenities you’d ever need.
From the first step onto the front porch, it was clear that a lot of care and thought went into making this the perfect home. The porch seating area was a great way to start the day with coffee and the sunrise. The personalized door code had us feeling safe and secure, and we felt right at home with the personalized welcome sign right inside the front the door…nice touch! It’s a very cozy and quaint home with updated interiors. We spent our evenings in the main room gathered around the fireplace. They provided a basket of snacks and more than enough coffee for our two night stay…truly above and beyond. We lacked for nothing in the kitchen…we were in town for Thanksgiving at a family member’s house and spent the first night baking and prepping food for the next day, and they had everything we needed and more to get it done. We will definitely be booking this lovely home again the next time we’re in town!

Family Visit
We have family in the Ft Scott area. Due to the Labor Day holiday the rentals in Ft Scott were booked. We searched and found this wonderful rental in Nevada MO. Everything we needed was provided in this home. Plenty of towels, a Keurig coffee maker, washer, and dryer, cookware, anything. Also, the beds were very comfortable. We texted the host with questions and received answers in a timely manner. We gave this rental 5 stars+. We believe anyone would enjoy staying here.

Wonderful!
Our entire stay was perfect. From the thoughtful basket of fun snacks to the wide variety of accommodations. The location was great too. It was close enough to things but you were nestled in a quiet neighborhood. When we pulled up to the house I knew I made the right choice booking. You walk into such an inviting and cozy home and feel completely relaxed. Plan on cooking?! They have thought of everything you need! Plan on doing your laundry before leaving?! Numerous options of detergent! Forgot a toothbrush?! Don't worry they have you covered as well! If we are ever back in Nevada we will definitely book again!!

Perfect Stay Close to Campus
I chose this property because it was in walking distance to Cottey College and I was visiting with my daughter. I was blown away by the beautiful little house. The hosts left us a basket of snacks and we had the best weekend watching movies and hanging out. Thank you so much for the perfect weekend away.

We were in Nevada for a week watching my son play with the Griffons. This property was the perfect home away from home. It was cozy and inviting from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. Could not have asked for better!

We were pleased with the sparkling clean , inviting home .
We needed a home to stay for our family while attending graduation ceremonies in Fort Scott. It was an easy drive and the house was very inviting with lovely decor and stocked with whatever you may need while away from Home . Inviting treats , soaps and extra toiletries, plenty of towels and blankets . Washer and dryer and everything you could Need in the kitchen . Very clean. Easy access with a keypad lock and very accommodating hosts that were quick to answer any questions . Highly recommended . Quiet street . No complaints .

We were in town for a funeral and only stayed 3 nights. This property was perfect for us as we have 5 people. Most hotels require us to have a suite. A full home is much more comfortable and everyone had their own bed. The property was as described and the location was perfect for us. Very clean and would highly recommend it.
