With Sömmertied, we completed one of two beautiful vacation apartments for you at the start of 2024. It features an open floor plan with large, floor-to-ceiling windows facing south, measures approximately 55 square meters, and offers plenty of space for 1–2 people. It is bright and bathed in natural light and has its own south-facing sun terrace with garden chairs and lounge chairs. We placed great emphasis on high-quality, natural materials, such as untreated wood, organically dyed exposed concrete treated with pure beeswax, infrared floor heating that emits radiant heat similar to the sun’s, produces no dust particles, and thus creates a wonderful indoor climate that is good for the respiratory system, as well as lime plaster and lime paints. And we use only pure cotton bedding. We have equipped our lamps with halogen bulbs instead of LEDs because the imperceptibly flickering light of LED lighting has been proven to pose serious health risks, such as retinal detachment, migraines, brain tumors, epileptic seizures, heart problems, and others, because the human eye and brain cannot permanently compensate for constant, rapid flickering between light and dark.
