"Thomas was very good at responding quickly and gave good directions to the apartment. The bed was comfortable The kitchen had an oven and a stovetop with a bonus of a fancy coffee machine with lots of cream & sugar. The shower had great pressure and was very clean. The apartment was very close to all the amenities and beautiful parks. This is out of the owners control but the tenant upstairs was very heavy on his feet. We called him stomping Tom. Thankfully, it was only for a couple of hours."

"Unser Aufenthalt in Harburg war wunderschön. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer idyllischen Anhöhe mit einem einzigartigen Ausblick auf die Burg. Die Betten sind super bequem und die Einrichtung ist hochmodern und designtechnisch sehr durchdacht. Auch die Gastgeberfamilie ist unglaublich nett. Unsere Kinder haben sich wie zuhause gefühlt. "Muy buena atención al cliente por parte del personal. Ma habitación en perfecto estado y ningún problema alguno. Solamente llegue a tener problemas para mantener una conexión estable al internet del hotel, no era muy buena la cobertura en mi cuarto por lo menos. Fuera de eso, todo estuvo excelente "
