As soon as you step through the door, you will be captivated by the panoramic view of the lagoon, revealed through a large bay window that bathes the space in natural light. Enjoy the sunset !

Ideal for a couple's getaway, a family vacation, or time with friends, our condo can host up to 4 people.

The living space features a spacious lounge with a fully equipped kitchen open to the living area, separated by a counter where you can enjoy your aperitif in a convivial atmosphere.

The sofa is convertible with a "daily sleeping" mattress measuring 160*200, accommodating 2 people.

The dining area accommodates up to 6 people facing the corner bay window that opens completely, giving you the feeling of being outdoors, directly on the beach.

A TV with Chromecast allows you to access your favorite programs.

A water tank is also available to assist in case of water cuts, common in island living.

The bedroom provides a peaceful retreat, with its very large bed measuring 200*200, a dresser, a closet for your belongings, and a safe.

The bathroom includes a large shower and 2 sinks. The toilet is separate.

A laundry corner is equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

Pina Colada is located within the secure Flamboyant residence, inviting you to enjoy two beautiful pools facing the lagoon, providing the opportunity to refresh at any time of the day. You can park your vehicle in front of the building.

Linen is provided free of charge (towels, beach foutas, and sheets).

For your well being, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and free WiFi.

Nearby shops such as a bakery, grocery, and drugstore, as well as excellent restaurants, make your stay convenient, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the local atmosphere.

Currently, Saint Martin is experiencing water production issues leading to occasional water cuts. To mitigate any inconvenience, we have installed a water tank to ensure a water supply during these interruptions.



The whole condo is available for guests, along with access to the pools and the lagoon beach (though swimming is not allowed).

Island life has its share of inconveniences: there can be power outages, internet outages (short or slow), and water cuts. The duration of these outages can vary depending on the situation. The accommodation has a water tank with chlorine for emergencies in case of a cut. The island of Saint Martin has been constantly evolving since Hurricane Irma; there may be new construction and renovations. In fact, the Le Flamboyant residence is currently undergoing facade renovations between June 2026 and July 2027. It is also a festive island where music can be heard carried on the wind. We are on a tropical island where insects are common, and even though we regularly treat our accommodations, the climate and the presence of food or garbage undoubtedly attract them. We will not offer any discounts or refunds due to these issues, which are beyond our control and the property's control. A baby cot is available upon request for an extra charge.
