"Al llegar el check in estuvo muy mal, no habia nadie disponible para ayudarnos a subir las maletas a un segundo piso , un dia caluroso y las habitaciones sin aire acondicionado, sin embargo todo esto es tolerable. Lo que no es tolerante es que al dia siguiente en el desayuno la mesera no nos atendió dandole preferencia a unos ingleses, cuando nos Atendió tomó la orden con mal gusto y con una mala actitud. A los 25 minutos regresa y nos dice que si nos toma la orden, nosotros con familia y niños...

"Very good stay. Very nice well appointed room. Couple of small points. For breakfast the cooked food was excellent but thought there could be a bit more in the buffet e.g. fruit/pastries. Also our room was right above the out of hours entrance so there can be some noise from people returning late plus deliveries take place right outside the room so we had the pleasure of a noisy beer delivery around 7am. We ate in the restaurant one night and food and service were very good."

"We stayed at Whitley Coach House to spend a few days in the area before attending a wedding in Frome. Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end). "We have stayed here many times and due to my husbands walking difficulties always book room 1nearest to the pub facility. Unfortunately there had been a change around of rooms due to urgent repairs needed and we were allocated another room but the TV didn’t work. So we’re allocated yet another room.
