"Another amazing stay at the Lakes Hotel and Spa! We were upgraded on arrival and had a room with a lovely hot tub! We were also picked up in the Bentley as we walked back to the hotel at night time- the staff really can’t do enough for you and the cocktails are amazing!"

"The property was very nice and the location was great but we had a room that had no window. With no air conditioning and being as warm as it was the room was very stuffy.
