"It has everything you need and more. Clean spacious rooms, lobby, restaurant and poolside areas. Indoor pool, gym, steam room and sauna are a bonus. Great service from all staff and especially from the animation team. Food was varied enough with some special themed nights. The drinks selection is good enough with plenty of self-serve options. The self-serve ice cream machine was great as well. Good-sized pools with separate areas for children. A 20-minute walk to Nesebar."

"The blond lady who was checking us in was really like she wanted us out. We paid in advance and both rooms were not on the same floor. The older family member and one slightly injured person couldn’t walk upstairs. We also has a baby and the 3rd floor without an elevator wasn’t an ideal solution. There were no other rooms to be switched too. On the other hand, the other lady accompanied by her children was always nice and tried to accommodate us as much as possible. "Un acierto haber encontrado habitación para dos noches seguidas en este hotel, aunque para ello tuve que hacerlo a través de dos plataformas diferentes. La habitación que quedaba libre para la segunda noche era de menor categoría, no obstante nos ofrecieron seguir en la que estábamos con terraza y vistas al puerto y en la lejanía Sunny Beach. Maravillosas las dos mujeres que atienden recepción y maravilloso el restaurante Family que nos recomendaron. No ofrecen desayuno, pero sí un voucher 10 €...
