"This was one of, if not the best property we have stayed at since we started using Vrbo years ago. I’m hesitant to say so many good things, (and believe me, it deserves it), since it will undoubtedly bring more folks to the area. Spectacular from start to finish, this property is so very nice. The location, awesome. We could walk to downtown and enjoy the beautiful homes along most any street, hit a bar or restaurant or boutique shop. We dubbed the area “Charleston Lite”. History abounds...

"Everything was awesome! Location was perfect, space was perfect, all around great experience. One complaint, if I had one, would be the amount of noise from the people staying above and the bar next door. I assume that’s to be expected in a townhouse type setting. We weren’t there a lot so it wasn’t that big of a deal, planning to book again for our next trip here in September."

Our only challenge was the key code access however it was resolved. Highly recommend that you consider staying there. The house is well laid out for friends and/or families."

"We came into Georgetown for a 4-night stay to visit a friend, play some golf, and have some beach time. The location of the villa was perfect for us. We also brought our 9-year old lab, and the neighborhood was very dog friendly with plenty of green areas. Our hosts were very accommodating and helpful. The villa was ready and clean when we arrived.We had a great time and would definitely book here again!"
