Treehouse vacation

The location and size of the house was great for our family vacation. Our family would stay here again as we loved how close it is to the beach! We knew to bring some extras like foil, spices and cooking utensils. What we didn't anticipate was needing more toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, and garbage bags to accommodate our family stay. We were able to have an early entry which we really appreciated. We found two vacumns, none worked. The maintenance man stopped by and cleaned the barbecue and the hot tub for our use. He even found a vacumn so we could clean the dirty carpets. The showers on second level had one where a drain was slow and another that had a broken shower door. While I understand that summer is high season, what this house charged per night, we expected a home that was clean and stocked for use. We really liked the view from the top floor but the stairs were a workout!

Beautiful house but could use some love...

For the most part the house is perfect. There were a few details that need some addressing. The bathrooms had a ton of mold growing in the windows, one of the toilet handles kept sticking causing the toilet to continuously run, one of the bunk beds needs its screws tightened as it wasn't sturdy at all and made lots of noise every time my kid budged, and some of the heaters in the house didn't seem to work. Outside of that the house is cozy and suited our family and dog well. There isn't much of an ocean view (you can see a slight sliver upstairs) but we would stay there again if the issues I mentioned were addressed first.

Enjoyed the overall layout of the unit and location.

We had a great stay. Had stormy weather which was enjoyable to watch from the inside...but it diminished outdoor adventures a bit. Things that could be improved...1) gas fireplace does not work, 2) BBQ propane tank was empty, 3) BBQ grill had not been cleaned (leftover "crusties" from previous guest's meal), 4) no BBQ tools, 5) several light bulbs were out and 6) kitchen window could not be closed completely.

Great space for family with kids and adults

Neskowin is a great private beach with multiple access. The tree house three floor design gives you a top living floor with view of the ocean and pine tree tops. Large space for indoor and outdoor activity. Great separation of activities from top floor to bottom floor TV and hot tub. Great beach access just 100 yards from the door.

INCREDIBLE!! Fantastic!! Beautiful!!

It was my whole family with my kids and Grand kids. We had perfect accommodations! Plenty of room! The house is stocked for kids. Lots of games and Xbox. The house is well stocked with anything you need. Minor issue arose they were right there to help and fix. You could walk right down to beach or walk right to this little store that had very nice things. There was a restaurant right next to it on this little stream that lead out to the ocean . Was delightful! Had campfire on the beach which was so fun for the grandkids! We would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks for the memories!!

Great Property for our family group

This is our second visit to this particular home and we loved our visit. The only small, small negative was the dining table surface was sticky even though we wiped it down a few times. There were plenty of towels for our large group and the set up with the living room and kitchen on the upper floor is great! We love coming to Neskowin beach as this where we came as children with our parents many years ago.

I would likely stay here again

Other than the hot tub needing to be unlocked we really enjoyed this house. The floor level was great for older kids and had toys games and video games. Best part from the top floor living room we couldn't hear them playing games! Perfect layout for older kids. The top floor was perfect for grown ups and the kitchen size was great! Great for larger groups even the bedrooms were well insulated so if someone wanted to go to bed early they could.also not too far from the beach. Top floor even has a view of the ocean Well stocked with games and enter for all ages.

Good Times in the Treehouse

This was a very nice place for our extended family to stay while at the coast. Nice, safe, quiet (except for us), convenient. We were amazed at how well equipped the kitchen was and all the books and games available. The beach access at the end of the street was hard to navigate by the older folks, so we went north a block or so to the sandier ramp. Our grandkids loved the hot tub where they could thaw out! This house easily accommodated our big group and all our cars. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful family retreat

We really enjoyed staying here for a spring break family reunion. There was plenty of comfortable space for all 15 of us, with an enclosed yard for the dog, and lots to entertain us both in the home and the immediate neighborhood. The public beach space was lovely and very convenient. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of dishes and cooking equipment for a large group. The kids enjoyed playing downstairs and we all enjoyed the hot tub. Having an outdoor shower and laundry room was very helpful. We would love to return!

Wonderful!

The pictures don't do the house justice. Three couples with children stayed over the Xmas holiday weekend. It was fantastic! The ground floor is a perfect hangout for older children (while the grownups hang out in the third floor living area and kitchen). One of the bedrooms has both a queen bed and bunk bed which was great for the couple with young children (young ones often don't like sleeping alone in an unfamiliar place). It was also great for our dog - a nice enclosed backyard with an outdoor shower made it easy for us to let her out for bathroom breaks, and wash her down after sandy walks. The house was very clean. The beds and bedding very comfortable. The kitchen was nicely stocked with basic cooking items. The third floor terrace is perfect for relaxing to the sounds of the ocean and birds. We saw a deer eating grass in the neighboring yard from the kitchen window. The beach is a very short walk away. The small general store and a cafe is a slightly longer but still easy walk away. All in all, I would highly recommend this house for any visit to Neskowin!

Treehouse unit

We've never been to Neskowin beach & were nervous to try it out but the experience was great & so was the weather! Our house was beautiful & fit our large family, everything was well kept & the third floor with the kitchen had a beautiful view. We definitely want to come back.

Great Location!

We had three families gather for a quick two-night stay at the beach. The location in Neskowin is wonderful and the beach access is a simple walk from the house. We liked the kitchen/great room on the third floor because it had great views of the ocean. We fit eight adults and eight kids with no problems. Sleeping 16 adults would definitely *not* work with this property because four of the sleeping spaces are trundle beds that pull out from under the bunk beds. However, the kids loved the trundle beds. We will definitely consider returning to this property. Overall, a very nice find.

Family Fun

This was a wonderful find for our family. The shared space was amazing for gathering and the bedrooms were quiet for quiet time. We were initially concerned about the stairs, but they were really easy on both grandparents and children. We are considering for another adventure.
