"Yes- the property was and is breathtakingly beautiful but what makes every stay amazing & unforgettable is how the staff is and at Casa Britona- they are exceptional! "The staff were more than helpful, the pool area was ok, the breakfast was the same everyday and at best average. The rooms were terrible, old with many defects, we had to move rooms, but the supposed upgrade was poor.
