The space
This spacious apartment is located 100 meters from the lovely Playa Torrecilla beach in Nerja.


It features a large kitchen and a separate dining room connected to the living room. There are 4 double bedrooms. All bedding and clean towels are provided. Air conditioning is available in the living room.


Perfect for a single person, a couple, a family, or a group of friends, the apartment is bright and modern with a large balcony from which to enjoy the sunshine. Everything has been recently renovated, including a new kitchen. There is a shower over a small bathtub, and the living/kitchen/dining room is spacious and comfortable.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
For short-term stays of less than 7 days:

We offer a very competitive price for this large apartment to make it affordable for individuals, couples, and groups of 4; as such, prices are kept low. However, for larger groups:
Please note that if the apartment is NOT fully occupied (i.e., booked for 8 people), unused bedrooms will be locked; however, you will be able to choose which bedrooms you would like to use.
For example:
If 2 people book the apartment, 1 bedroom will be assigned and the other 3 bedrooms will be locked.
If 4 people book the apartment, 2 bedrooms will be allocated and the other 2 will be locked.
If 6 people book the apartment, the 4th bedroom will be locked.
If smaller groups wish to have separate bedrooms, a €20 fee per room per day will apply.

NOT included in the price is access to the private communal pool; should you wish to use the communal pool (ranging from 100 cm to 180 cm in depth), there will be a charge of 80 euros per day.

The suite is available for short- or long-term rentals. For long-term rentals of more than 2 months, please contact me with an offer.

Guest access
Fully equipped with air conditioning, a large fridge/freezer, a washing machine, an electric oven, cooking utensils, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, and a television in the living room.

Other things to note
During high season (June–August), we do not usually accept reservations for stays of less than one week.

Please note that there is a 20-euro charge for key pickup after 8 p.m. and a 30-euro charge for pickup after midnight.

Please note that for same-day reservations, we cannot guarantee check-in at 3 p.m., as this will depend on the availability of our cleaning staff. You should be able to leave your suitcases while the cleaning is taking place.

For guests staying longer than a week: if you wish to have your linens changed during your stay, there is a charge of 40 euros.
