Wonderful views and exceptional apartment

We have stayed in Nerja for the last 15 years and this was the best place we have stayed as a family. The balcony and view is incredible on enough to reccomend on its own! The apartment was excellent as well , with a great kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom. Really clean and homely space. The living area is small, but with that view and that balcony, who needs it!! Brilliant support and service from the owners and on site from Isobel. We love Capistrano Playa and will be trying to book this apartment again next year. Thank you for such a brilliant base for our magical holiday.

We had a 10 night stay and had a fab holiday. The apartment was very clean and modern with everything needed for a comfortable stay, the air con was much appreciated! It was incredibly hot during our stay and we found the terrace retained a lot of heat but it is a great space with a fantastic view and furniture to enjoy it, facilities all as described. There is a lovely pond with fish and turtles on the complex on the way down to the beach which is less than a 10 min walk (quite a few steps back up!). The pool area was lovely with drinks and food available and a toddler pool on a lower level. The complex was very well kept and tidy. There is a lot of restaurants and shops in the area. We would recommend this apartment, Nerja is a great location for a relaxing holiday, no car needed. Anne also very kindly allowed us a later check out due to later flights which was very appreciated.

Lovely time in a lovely location

Great apartment for a short stay for the 2 of us, terrace was bigger than most and had wonderful views. Inside the layout was spacious and gave us the opportunity to eat in or out.Loved the pool and bar upstairs, and also the proximity to the beach.We would definitely come back!

Schöne Wohnung mit traumhafter Terrasse. Sollte man die Wohnung mit 4 Personen belegen, könnte es bei schlechtem Wetter recht eng werden. Es gibt leider nur ein 2er Sofa und ansonsten die Barhocker am Küchentresen. Das Bad ist sehr einfach und hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und alles war sehr Kurzzschluss. Unser Fazit: Schöne Wohnung,

Great outdoor aspect

Great south facing spacious terrace with dining and lounging furniture all to a decent standard. Two BBQ's for those who wished to cater - a good local supermarket within 15min walk (uphill). Two decent bedrooms, Kitchen nicely equipped, small sitting area - hence the appealing outdoor space makes all the difference. Outlook over Burriana is lovely. Walk into Nerja takes about 30mins which we did most nights. An awful lot of steep steps to navigate and a bit of a climb to get to the outskirts of the town. Well worth the effort to enjoy lots of good tapas and some nice restaurants - we have been to Nerja a few times now and were able to revisit some of our favourite haunts. Overall most enjoyable - especially as the weather in late September was warm and pleasant through our stay.

We absolutely love staying here. It’s such a wonderful place to be able to walk to everything! The beach is gorgeous and the people are so nice and we all love the pool. It was relaxing and Anne was a wonderful correspondent in advance.. We really recommend staying here if you’re looking for relaxing and beach and fun and lots of opportunities nearby.

Enjoyable stay in Nerja

For us the location was perfect. The appartment complex was quiet but within a few minutes walk we were near several good restaurants and bars and of course the beach.

Great location with lovely sun terrace, but a few niggles

Well located property with a lovely sun terrace. However when we arrived the reception office was closed and the key was not in the lock box as we were told it would be. There were people in the office but they did not open the door until we called the owner. There is some nice outside furniture, but only two sunbeds both sadly in need of replacement. The outside shower tray also needs retiling, it looked so grotty we did not want to use it. At least 6 lightbulbs needed replacement and one of the ribs on the parasol was broken. The small bedroom had no curtain, we had to peg a towel up over it for privacy. All these are easy to fix but make a big difference to the experience of staying here.

Perfect for a holiday with children

Apartment is close to the garage and the swimming pool. Very nice view from the large terrace! Despite the fact that it is a large complex, there was no noise in the evening and you could hear the sea from the terrace. To get to the sea you have to brave some stairs, but there is a nice walking path through the complex

Underbart boende. Utsikten från den stora terrassen var magisk. Låg nära Playa Burriana och man gick genom en fantastisk trädgård som hörde till boendet. Garage fanns att tillgå alldeles bredvid, Återkommer gärna!

Lovely apartment in a great location

Lovely, spacious apartment with loads of outdoor space on the terrace. Good communication from our host before our stay, with clear arrival instructions. We arrived late at night and the key had been left for us in a security box attached to the office door. The complex is set in beautiful gardens which lead directly down to the beach, with plenty of beachside shops, bars and restaurants in easy reach (though there are lots of stairs!). The walk to the town itself took about 15 mins alongside the seaside path, which avoided walking up a steep hill. The apartment was really well equipped, plenty of kitchen crockery and utensils if you wanted to cook; and the dishwasher and washing machine were useful to have. The communal pool on the complex has a bar offering a good range of drinks and food. The staff here, and Isabel at reception, were very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Flott leilighet

Dette var den perfekte leilighet. Stor terrasse, grill, godt utstyr kjøkken. Ikke noe spesielt å klage på. Vi var veldig fornøyd. 2 voksne og 2 barn. Flott område ellers med basseng. Man får god mosjon fra stranden, men veldig bra med trappene som fører deg direkte ned til stranden.

Absolutely fab apartment!

The apartment was great, everything you would need was there. It was lovely and clean, facilities fab. The view was stunning, the balcony was really big and well equipped, sun loungers, dining table and chairs, fabulous corner suit, shower, washing machine . The reason for the reduction in stars is for check in. Check in was 5 ish, we rang the number at 4.30 when we were at a supermarket close by and were told the "keys were in a key safe at the office door" we didn't see anyone at any given time. However, when we did ring, we spoke to a lovely lady who gave us all the information we needed. We had to find the apartment which we stumbled across thankfully due to a map (which should be outside the office not at the side of the pool which could be missed) apartment numbers are not consecutive. Would have been easier if someone had shown us. Beautiful gardens leading down to the beach & restaurants, a little challenging if to walk back up, possibly a taxi, which seemed plentiful but we had a car so it wasn't an issue. Plenty of good restaurants on the beach, we would definitely recommend The Steak House at Burriana Beach! We would definitely recommend this apartment as it was brilliant and if we were ever going back to Nerja, we would not hesitate to book it! Thank you for a brilliant stay.

Great flat with stunning sea views - unique property

Lovely location right at Buriana beach. Unique and stunning complex. many restaurants/cafes/shops right at beach, and easy 20 minute walk to central Nerja/Balcon. Patio is huge and stunning views for morning coffee and evening bbq/dining. Initially didn't get check-in procedure after online booking - but contacted owners and all resolved immediately. Onsite property manager at the complex very helpful.

Rapport qualité-prix décevant

Notre constat (photos à l'appui) : frigidaire rouillé, store de la cuisine très sale, carrelage sale, table du salon abîmée, table du salon de jardin sale et dans un état pitoyable car le rotin est complètement éventré, impossible de déjeuner dehors car pas de store juste un parasol donnant difficilement de l’ombre à 3 places maximum, store du salon de jardin déchiré, barbecue inutilisable car la grille est complètement rouillée. Tous ces « détails » font que le prix de location est beaucoup trop cher pour la médiocrité des prestations offertes. Nous avons déjà séjourné dans cette résidence dans un autre appartement pour un loyer beaucoup moins cher et des prestations "plus raffinées". Les plus de l’appartement sont : la vue bien que cachée par le mur de la terrasse lorsque l'on est assis... la piscine de la résidence, la proximité des commerces et des restaurants où l'on peut aller à pied malgré beaucoup d'escaliers à monter.

Fantastic experience marred by termites in the main bedroom

The apartment is very nice and the balcony and view is to die for. However there were termites in the main bedroom and there was waste on the floor and in the wardrobe and we felt that although this was dealth with using an insecticide spray, we were not at all happy about this, and have disposed of suitcases upon our return to Sweden. Otherwise the apartment is perfect.
