GREAT HOUSE IN PARADOR AREA WITH POOL AND SEA VIEWS CLOSE TO BURRIANA AND CITY
This house is situated in the ever popular Parador area which is located just between Burriana beach and Balcon de Europa. It takes just 5 minutes by foot to reach both places. Closest beach are just 1 minute walk away.
The communal pool is just 10 meter from the private terrace which means that a swim before breakfast or before going to bed will be a must during your vacation. SInce the Urbanisation is quite small the pool will amost never get crowded.
Just around the corner there are great amenities including restaurants, supermarket with deli counter and a French bakery just 30 meters from the house offering fresh bread and croissants every morning. If you would prefer to eat breakfast at a restaurant there are many to choose from in the neighborhood.
The house itself is situated in a gated community with a flourishing garden and a large communal pool. Our patio is immediately adjacent to the pool (about 5 meters from the pool). The whole compound is very well maintained. Our house is frequently maintained and being taken care of by our local house agent, Menyber. All furniture and beds are new and of high standard.
The house is 101 square meters over three floors and consists of:
GROUND FLOOR A well-equipped kitchen with new appliances (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher) and a Moccamaster coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, water boiler, toaster, etc. The living room consists of a sofa bed, two armchairs, a 32 inch flatscreen TV (British and Scandinavian channels + local channels) and a dining table for up to six people. From the sliding doors you reach the private patio and further on the communal garden and pool. The patio has a new awning that shadows the entire private outdoor unit and also provides pleasant shade in the living room. On the patio there are a dining table with six chairs and a Weber 57 cm charcoal barbeque. The terrace faces South east and offers sun into late in the afternoon.
On the ground floor there is also a toilet with sink and washing machine.
FIRST FLOOR Two bedrooms and a bathroom; first bedroom has a double bed (180 cm) and large sliding door wardrobe and drawers. In the second bedroom there are two single beds (2x90 cm) and a wardrobe. Both bedrooms has sliding doors that leads to a french balcony. There are air conditioner/central heaters installed in both bedrooms. The bathroom is equipped with toilet, sink and tub.
SECOND FLOOR Here is a bedroom with bathroom en suit, balcony and roof terrace. The bedroom has a double bed (180 cm), wardrobe and drawers. From the bedroom you reach the bathroom en suit consisting of a toilet, sink and shower. From the bedroom there is also is a sliding door that leads to the balcony that is facing the garden and pool. On the balcony there is an awning that provides shade. There is also a small café table and two chairs. The bedroom on second floor also has an air conditioner/central heater installed. On the second floor there is also an exit to a private roof terrace facing the street with spectaculous view of the mountains and the sea. On the roof terrace there is a new sun pergola with an awning that can be slided back and forth providing both sun and shade. The terrace is furnished with a large corner lounge sofa and a coffee table. During the winter period the sun shines here from early morning until the afternoon which makes it the perfect place to enjoy a glass of sangria or an afternoon tea.

Great Place
A very nice place in a great location central to the beach (10 mins walk) and also to the Nerja Square (10 Mins walk). The property was in superb condition and was very clean and tidy. I will probably book this again for next year thats how much we liked it.

Great holiday with a small child
Overall impression of the property was great, there was lots of space and the travel cot and high chair provided were perfect. The only thing missing from the listing was the BBQ and some parts of the house were a little tired but this didn't affect our stay. The pool area was lovely and quiet. We have visited Nerja several times but haven't stayed this side of town before and we all felt the location was brilliant.

Great house, but could be even better
We were a party of 7 and the house was well setup to accommodate all of us. The location of the house is great, the gardens/pool and the roof terrace in particular were very enjoyable.
However there were a few minor things that could be improved upon, namely...
(1)There were a few maintenance things that we notified the property agent (MenyBer) and the owner about, but neither of these were rectified during our stay.
(2) There were no chairs/loungers for use round the pool, perhaps that's to be expected in shared grounds?
(3) The bed sheets were showing their age and could do with being replaced.
Otherwsie it was an enjoyable stay and we would consider returning.

Great location but property needs some TLC
Pros
- Great location for beach, town, shops etc.
- Quiet area given the central location
- Property positioned right by the pool with a gated terrace
- Great size property with modern decor
Cons
In isolation the following cons aren’t a dealbreaker but given the cost of this property we expected more:
- Gate lock to access the property and communal area is broken, meaning you have to put your hand through the gate and turn the key from the opposite side. Fiddly, but not too much of an issue once we realised. We flagged this with Kristian but he said he was already aware. It would have been helpful if he had informed us, arriving with two tired kids and unable to get in for quite some time was stressful
- We booked a 2 week stay and no towel or sheet change was scheduled. Only one towel per person was provided for a 2 week stay. We did inform Kristian and he arranged a change.
- Requested a cot but no cot sheets/bedding were provided
- Webber BBQ on listing is not available
- There is an expectation to clean the property before departure; including stripping beds, cleaning floors and bathrooms etc
-No sun beds or shaded areas provided around the pool. The lack of shade does make it difficult to stay out in summer months, particularly with children.
Generally, this property is in a great location but we felt the overall standard was below expectations given the price; there was a dirty tissue propping up the outside table, no lights working in one of the bedrooms etc.

Great house, great pool
Short summary: It was a great stay at nerja. The house was perfect (location, cleanliness,..). Highlight is the pool and the short way to the beach. The owner and the agency are very nice and professionell working. It was a pleasure.
We were here with a family (3 kids, 2 adults).

Great apartment in the center of Nerja
The apartment is spacious, well equipped and nicely furnished which gives it a homely feeling. The roof terrace is magnificent and in addition there is a balcony and a ground level terrace facing the pool area. The location is right in the middle of the city center but still quiet and secluded around the pool and garden area. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. You do not need a car but there is a good rental agency around the corner if you want to explore the surroundings. We spent three weeks here in November and for parts of our stay the weather was a bit chilly but the apartment had good heating so we were quite comfortable!
We really enjoyed our stay and can truly recommend this apartment!

Super Ferienwohnung
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt um schnell zum Strand und in das Zentrum zu kommen. Einen Parkplatz zu finden ist nicht immer ganz einfach, aber letztlich haben wir immer einen in akzeptabler Entfernung gefunden. Besonders genossen haben wir die Abende auf der Dachterrasse.

Ontspannen familie week in Nerja
Elk jaar komen we de zomer afronden met ons gezin in Nerja. Los Heurtos heeft de ideale ligging , vlak bij het centrum, leuke restaurants en cafés en het biedt alle ruimte en comfort die zo’n vakantie nodig heeft.

Sehr zentral gelegenes, schönes Haus
Die Schlüsselübergabe hat reibungslos funktioniert. Das Haus entspricht zu 100% den Bildern und die Küche ist grandios ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral zum Stadtzentrum und such nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub

Skøn bolig og god beliggenhed
Meget meget fin bolig med alt hvad man har brug for - super lækkert køkken og rigtig gode værelser. Boligen ligger tæt på næsten alt - indkøb, bager, strand, cafe, shopping, etc.
Poolen ligger meget tæt på terrassen, hvilket jo er super, og hér er der en række regler i fællesområdet: ingen boldspil - ingen luftmadrasser og badedyr i poolen - ingen "picnic" - udvise støjhensyn, mv. !
INTET af dette blev overholdt af andre gæster, og der var ikke en "pedel" eller lign. som ellers ville kunne hjælpe med at håndhæve dette. Derfor var der ofte meget uro omkring poolen med meget larmende børn.
Heldigvis kunne vi fortrække til tagterrassen på 2 sal., og godt at stranden var tæt på - så kunne vi gå derned :-)
Virkelig skøn strand med meget varmt sand !!!....HUSK parasol(ler) (findes i boligen) - mad og drikke kan købes på stranden til rimelige priser. På stranden er aktiviteter der kan lejes, så som vandcykel, "badering" efter speedbåd, havkajak, vandscooter ( 2 pers, på én scooter = 45€ for 15 min) - paragliding efter speedbåd (80€ for 2 pers.) - og så er der en kæmpe oppustelig legeborg et stykke ude i vandet :-)))
Transport med tog og bus fungere rigtig godt - og taxa er ikke ret dyrt.
Husk at besøge byen "Frigiliana" som ligger ca. 5 km fra Nerja - helt klart en oplevelse hver - en bilfri by med hyggelige smalle gader. (Taxa dertil ca. 10€)
Bestemt en fantastisk ferie hvor vi gerne kommer igen.
God ferie - Sydspanien er skøn ! :-)

Gut ausgestattetes Haus in zentraler, aber ruhiger Lage und gepflegter Anlage
Wir - Familie mit zwei Kindern - haben eine Woche in Nerja verbracht. Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt, vollständig und modern ausgestattet und entspricht den Bildern. Es liegt in ruhiger, aber sehr zentraler Lage. Zum nächsten Strand sind es 300 m, zum Playa Burriana oder zum Balkon de Europa etwa 10 Gehminuten. Supermarkt, Geldautomat, Bäcker und Bars liegen in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Besonders schön ist die Dachterrasse mit Meerblick. Lediglich bei der Parkplatzsuche braucht man - wie überall in Nerja - etwas Glück oder muss ein paar Minuten laufen.
Absolut empfehlenswert, der Kontakt zum Vermieter wie auch zur Verwaltung ist unproblematisch und schnell.

Great place for a vacation for a week or a month
The property is clean and well-furnished in an excellent location in Nerja. Easy walking distance to the beaches, restaurants, and other shops. Great bakery (although a little pricey) 30 meters away. On-street parking can be a challenge as the area is quite busy but persistence usually pays off. If no convenient street parking available, a public "for pay" lot is 200 meters away. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The weekly linen service is very efficient. Bathrooms are clean. Water is hot with good pressure. Heating/AC is very efficient and outside airflow with doors open is fantastic. Duvets on beds are down/feathers so those with "feather allergy" should ask for other materials. Beds are comfortable and of a suitable firmness. Lots of pillows available. Kitchen equipment is in good working condition. Security in the apartment and gated community is excellent. I recommend it highly. The facility is an easy ten-minute walk on level ground to Balcon de Europa.

Nice property and complex. Couple of 'bewares' though.
This is a really nice property in a good location on a small, quiet complex surrounding a good sized pool. There are many plusses including a great kitchen, all 3 bedrooms are good so no one has to compromise, good outdoor space with roof and ground level terraces, good air con. Only slight negative is the bathrooms; both need a little cosmetic TLC and the drains need to be sorted so that the water from the showers drains properly. The en suite is also very small but still usable. My only real issues are more about logistics. The first is keys. You have to collect them from somewhere the other side of town and not that easy to find or park, and if you are going to arrive after 2pm you have to phone them and then collect them somewhere different. It's a real pain. Also you have to return them when you leave so you have to allow extra time, and if you have an early flight the office isn't open so you have to risk putting them through the door. This may all sound picky but I've stayed in a lot of properties in Nerja before and always been either sent keys in advance, met at the property or able to collect keys somewhere close by at any time of day. I've never had to take keys back to somewhere nowhere near the property before. More than 1 set of terrace keys would also be handy as this is the easiest way in and out. The second issue is the check in time. I can't see anywhere in the app what the formal check in time is, but we arrived at 4pm and the cleaners had only just started. They were very friendly but spoke no English. Fortunately we speak a small amount of Spanish and determined that they were suggesting they would be 1-2 hours and we should go out for coffee. They had only cleaned the top floor so we had to lug all our bags right up there. When we returned 1.5 hours later they were still not finished. Bearing in mind many flights into Malaga are mornings I think this is rather late to be having the property ready to occupy and if it's normal it should be made clear in the booking info. I feel these issues should be resolvable without too much effort and if they were, or it doesn't bother you, I would definitely recommend the property and complex itself.

Lovley hus with perfect location
I really can recomend this house for a wonderful holidays. We stayed here for 10 days in November. It was great. Clean and fresh. Very comfortable beds. And from the terrace, it was just a few steps down to the nice pool. Good location. Near to the town and all restaurants. Very nice owners, which helps if there are any questions. Very nice. 5*****

The property was in an excellent position to walk into the town and also to the beach.
The property was well equipped with everything that you would need for a self catering holiday.
The only thing I would mention is that the wardrobe space in the third bedroom was
not adequate. It was not a problem for us because we only used two bedrooms, which allowed us to use all three wardrobes. If you was a larger party you would struggle with space. Some cupboards and wardrobe space were locked for the owners use.
The property was clean and tidy apart from the white cushions on the roof terrace which were dirty and need replacing.
The owner was very helpful with arranging transfer to and from the airport and responded very quickly to my messages.
Overall a lovely property in a excellent location.

Great location
Lovely clean, spacious property covering three floors with four balconies including a roof terrace, in a great location between Burriana Beach and Balcon de Europa. The secure garden is well maintained with good lawns and a nice size pool. Plenty of restaurants, pubs and shops in immediate vicinity with Burriana Beach 10 minutes walk in one direction and the town centre 10 minutes in the other direction. Couldn't have asked for more.

Superb Property & Location
2 Los Huertos, is a fantastic townhouse, located in the prime area ( in our opinion) in Nerja. a brief 5 min flat walk along Carabeo from the town centre, and a short walk to Burriana beach. All the amenities in the property were new and exactly as described.
The small, gated complex is very safe and secure.
Would definitely look to stay here again, and recommend it to anyone.
The only downside, is the fact we only had 2 weeks, and wished it had been 4 :-).
The owner Kristian was a pleasure to deal with on all aspects before and during our stay.
Highly recommended.

pros,,,,Very nice apartment ,comfort, well equipped, nice setting, nice pool, close to beaches, and town
nice atmosphere. great weather.
cons,,,,. difficult to find, could do with a simple drawn map.. parking is ridiculous if you have a car be prepared to
park 20 minutes away. key pick up and drop off is a pain, could be better with meet and great.
