The 55 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning (offers heat too, bedroom and living room), a washing machine, a dryer as well as a TV. A baby cot is available for an extra fee and a high chair can be provided upon request free of charge.

Pros: A lovely traditional property, beautifully maintained, in a quiet 'local' area of the town, but very central with easy access to all facilities. The top floor apartment was perfect for two with every convenience you could hope for. We loved the roof garden, but particularly liked having our own balcony area. Altogether a perfect oasis to stay in.

Pros: This summer we were the 12th time in Nerja , thanks to Frans and Nuttee it was an other amazing vacation in Casa Charlotte. The appertment has now Airco in every bedroom above all the other luxury you already have in Casa Charlotte! Also the welcome and arrangements from Nutte and Frans are always superb ! Up to next year ! Thank you Frans and nuttee for another superb Nerja vacation!

Pros: We have lived in Nerja for two months each of the past two years, having stayed at Casa Charlotte both years. Initially we had planned to stay in different locales around the Mediterranean, but we found our home away from home in Nerja the first time out. Frans and Nuttee were instrumental in making this an easy decision. Their care and attention to guests, their beautifully equipped and maintained residences, and their constant hospitality make Nerja our first and best choice.

Pros: Fantastic house a nd I use the word house deliberately this is not a flat but a home it has everything you could possibly need is all very modern and is week maintained the beds/pillows are the most comfortable I have ever slept on all main parts of Nerja are no more than a 10 min walk and the house has a fantastic location in the centre of Nerja we had the ground floor house which is adapted for disabled people and again has all the necessary modifications

Pros: We are going back to Nerja for the third year in 2017.We stayed on the ground floor of casa charlotte for a month and found everything perfect,especially the owners Frans ans Nuttee who will go to any extreme to make your stay a perfect experience.Nothing is missing in their appts and if it is,you will get it by the next day at the latest.wifi,satellite tv in all languages,good washing machine,very good bed etc.I could go on and on but will just say how lucky we feel to have found such a marvelous place and extraordinary owners!Looking forward to january!

Pros: I am so happy to know this place and its lovely hosts. I have been there many times with or without my husband and I always feel safe. Every time that we try to spend a holiday somewhere else, we just have to come back to Casa Charlotte to relax and enjoy Nerja from the best place in town or in Europe!. Authentic spanish atmosphere, charming naigbourhood. The apartments have EVERYthing like in your own home. Nutée and Frans makes you feel so welcome and to us it feels just like family. Dont tell averyone, because we also want to stay there again :-)

Pros: Casa Charlotte is so comfortable due to the attention given by the owners Nutte and Frans. They become your friends once you have stayed in one of their apartments. There is such attention to detail and should you have a minor problem(very rare) it is attended to immediately. You know when you get there you accommodation is trouble free. They even show you around area for best restaurants and bars. We have been going there now for 10 years and hopefully for many years to come.

Pros: we have stayed at Casa Charlotte several times. The owners Nuttee and Frans make the apartments home from home. There is every thing you need for long or short stay holidays. The love that Nuttee puts into the apartment is evident as soon as you arrive. The cleanliness is second to none.The beds are excellent and if there is any anything you need they will go out of there way to supply it for you.Frans plays his part as well with a welcome drink. When we arrived there was Jazz playing and a huge collection of Jazz CD.TV with all the different countries and more besides.We cannot fault the apartment, the friendliness and the love that is given to all.

Pros: CASA CHARLOTTE, calle San Pedro, 16, Nerja, province de Málaga, offre trois appartements meublés modernes, avec accès à une terrasse sur le toit pour y manger, se reposer et profiter du soleil qui illumine la cote montagneuse méditerranéenne. C’est un endroit paisible, à cinq minutes à pied de la plage, intégré à un quartier résidentiel. Les proprios se sont assurés du confort des occupants en fournissant, outre literie et serviettes, la machine à laver et un équipement complet de cuisine et de vaisselle. La télé en plusieurs langues est mise à la disposition. Pour ma femme et moi, c’est un endroit de rêve, que nous fréquentons depuis plusieurs années. Nous alternons entre les repas « à la maison » et les nombreux restaurants de la petite ville.

Pros: Having stayed in hotels, apartments and town houses on previous visits to Nerja, we were not sure what to expect when we booked Casa Charlotte. What we found was a charming, friendly, clean and exceptionally well equipped apartment in a traditional Andalusian house. Situated in the old part of town, it is only a few minutes walk to Nerja's many restaurants and attractions. If that seems an effort, there are excellent restaurants within 100 metres. Our hosts, Nuttee and Frans, could not have been more welcoming and helpful. They were always on hand to supply any needs or share local knowledge. We stayed in the top apartment which has its own private terrace and access to communal roof terrace which is fully equipped for sunbathing, bbq and outdoor dining. These apartments are very comfortable, with aircon, wifi, more tv channels than you could ever watch and every possible kitchen utensil. A real home from home. We broke the habit of a lifetime and booked again for next year before we left. Already looking forward to it.

Pros: We have stayed at Casa Charlotte for many years now, normally in the ground floor apartment. The owners, Nuttee and Frans always give us a wonderful welcome and are available for help and guidance, if needed, throughout the stay. Every year the spec improves and there is now air conditioning in the bedroom as well as in the main room/kitchen. Having said that, the old Andalucian construction with chimney ensures that, except in the peak of summer, the air conditioning isn't needed. Little touches such as the Tempur cover on the mattress add to the of the stay. The TV, which we rarely use, gives every channel imaginable regardless of where you come from, and there is also a DVD player and CD system with a collection of CDs available. WiFi was a minor challenge as the owners are upgrading to 200mbs speeds, but it wasn't in place for the ground floor (was to be installed shortly) and connection to the 1st floor service was intermittent. in short, this is the perfect apartment for us; great location, well appointed, comfortable, and there is a roof terrace available.

We stayed in Casa Charlotte ground floor apartment for four weeks from late February to late March.

Pros: We stayed in Casa Charlotte ground floor apartment for four weeks from late February to late March. We were unlucky with the weather, but the top quality apartment made up for that. Frans and Nuttee have thought of everything to make their guests comfortable and welcome. Kitchen facilities are first class so you can cook knowing there is every utensil you need. There are plenty of heaters for the cool winter weather, the bed is so comfy, everything is spotless and all appliances work perfectly. We had British TV, WiFi, excellent service from Frans and Nuttee and even bathroom scales to prevent us from eating too many cakes from the baker, one minute away. The ground floor apartment is not particularly light as the street is a proper old town narrow one, but the roof terrace is the perfect place to spend time, with its views of sea and mountains, and the winter solarium (with seats, tables, fridge and power points) is wonderful. Our one disappointment was that the weather wasn’t warm enough for us to use the barbecue they have so thoughtfully provided. We loved it, hope to go again, maybe during summer to gain the full outdoor experience.

Pros: We spent two weeks in May in the 2nd floor apartment of Casa Charlotte and found it ideal for all our needs. The apartments have everything you will ever need on holiday and lots more you might never use. Nuttee and Frans keep the apartments exceptionally clean, the beds are very comfortable and unlike many places there are no reminders of the previous tenants. Our apartment had a delightful terrace decorated with traditional tiles and alive with plants and flowers. There is also a roof terrace available to all the apartments for sunbathing, BBQ, relaxing in the shade or dining if you wish. From the moment of our arrival, both Nuttee and Frans were at great pains to ensure that we had everything we needed and that we would be able to contact them for any help we might need. We were so impressed that we broke the habits of a lifetime and rebooked for three weeks next year. It seems that many of the guests come back year after year which is a really good recommendation. If you watch TV, choose your language or favourite channels, Frans has them all, as well as free wi-fi if you need to stay in touch with the outside world. Frans also responds to email queries very promptly which makes booking simple. Nuttee and Frans should be proud of giving such great service.
