The area is residential and very quiet, perfect to avoid the noise of the town centre but with quick access to the N-340 to visit the Maro Cliffs or the Nerja Caves.

This property does not have a private parking space. However, as it is an open residential area, it is possible to park on the street within the urbanisation itself, usually near the access door to the accommodation.
