The flat has two bedrooms, designed for your maximum comfort. The master bedroom has a king size bed of 160x200 cm and an en-suite bathroom with shower, offering a private and cosy space. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds of 80x200 cm, perfect for friends or family. In addition, there is a second bathroom in the hallway, ensuring comfort for all guests.



The living room is an ideal space to relax, with a television for your moments of entertainment. From the living room, you access a cosy terrace, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.



The flat is equipped with air conditioning to maintain a pleasant atmosphere all year round. Within a few minutes walk, you will find restaurants, bars, local shops and supermarkets, with all the necessary amenities at your fingertips.

Carabeillo Beach and Carabeo Beach are only 200 metres away, and Burriana Beach is 750 metres away. The proximity to these beaches allows you to enjoy the sun and sea at any time.

Pool information: The communal swimming pool is open from Easter until 31 October. On rare occasions, availability may be temporarily affected by maintenance, repairs or other circumstances within the residential complex.
