Carabeo 15 is a studio for two people in the Carabeo Building, 100 metres from Carabeillo Beach and 500 metres from the Balcón de Europa. The building features a communal saltwater swimming pool open all year round, a feature that allows guests to swim outside the beach season.

The studio sleeps two people and is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The balcony gets the morning sun and has sea views, which guests particularly appreciate for coffee or breakfast. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are included. Guests describe the space as cosy and well-equipped, with everything you need and nothing missing.

Year-Round Saltwater Communal Pool and Building Garden

The saltwater communal pool at the Carabeo Building is one of the features that sets this studio apart from other options in the Parador area. As it is open all year round, you can enjoy it even in the low season, when the beaches are less crowded and the accommodation is quieter. The building also has a garden area.

Guests highlight the building’s tranquillity despite its proximity to the centre, a combination that is not always easy to find in this part of Nerja.

Parking and Access in the Parador Area

The Carabeo Building has free communal outdoor parking, with spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis and no fixed allocation.



Availability is not guaranteed during high season. The Parador area is one of the most central parts of Nerja and a car is not necessary to get around during your stay. Alternatively, there is a paid public car park 100 metres from the building.



Important information: Access to the swimming pool may be temporarily restricted due to maintenance or cleaning work.
