Baytree Villa Nerja

Wonderful house located in Oasis del Capistrano, Nerja. The Oasis of Capistrano is located in a beautiful landscaped valley outside the charming old town of Nerja. Situated against a stunning backdrop of mountains and within walking distance of the sparkling Mediterranean, the town is an excellent vacation base and a favorite for visitors year after year.

With their white walls, red tile roofs, and black wrought iron hardware, the villas are surrounded by abundant semi-tropical plants and vibrant cascading bougainvilleas that line the tile paths leading to the village bar, restaurant, and exclusive pools.

The house has 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, terrace and garden, making it suitable for up to 4 people.

The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine and microwave.

It has air conditioning, free wifi and satellite television.

On the terrace you can find a table, chairs, hammocks and barbecue.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

The house is located a few minutes walk from the beach, about 900 meters from Burriana beach in Nerja and about 1.8 kilometers from the Balcon de Europa and the center of Nerja, where you can find a wide variety of shops and bars. It is also just a few meters from a large supermarket.

From the villa, a local path winds through a rural landscape that borders the seashore to Burriana beach, where you can rent umbrellas and deck chairs. Burriana has a good selection of restaurants and cafes along the beach and is a favorite place to enjoy and watch the preparation of the delicious Spanish paella that is cooked outdoors in large pans in a fireplace.
A pleasant walk along the beach will take you to the city of Nerja.

Because the area is protected to the north by the Sierra Nevada mountains, Nerja has a microclimate of soft, dry air and is located in one of the richest agricultural areas in Spain, known as the "Garden of Europe". Costa Del Sol, the Costa del Sol, has the most reliable climate in Europe. The weather is truly magnificent, with blue skies, sun, sangria, flamenco dancing and friendly people who make up the character of this part of Spain. Even in the colder months, the area offers plenty of sunshine that allows visitors to enjoy great vacations throughout the year.
