Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as satellite and cable television. On your private terrace, sunbathe on the recliners or enjoy delicious meals as you admire the stunning views over the mountains and the glittering sea. In the communal outdoor area of the residential complex (with a total of 20 apartments), refresh yourself in the pool, which is typically open between May and October (please contact homeowner for more information). Due to the apartment’s unbeatable location on the seaside, you can reach a series of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes in 5 minutes walking or less (500 m). In just 130 m from your front door you will furthermore find the soft sand of the beach Playa Burriana, which is perfect for long days by the glittering sea. For those wishing to explore other parts of this region’s natural beauty can head to the impressive caves of Nerja (4 km away) or to the incredible selection of hiking paths in the Sierras of Tejeda, Almijara and Alhama Natural Park (5 km away).
