A good option to host in Nerja

A large and well located apartment. It was essential for us to have three bathrooms, and the house has them complete. The terrace is extraordinary, and having breakfast daily or dinner was a pleasure. We used the house as a base to move around the area, and it was very pleasant to arrive in the afternoon at the pool, which was always at our disposal. It is within walking distance to the beach (5-10 min), but keep in mind that there are slopes with steep slopes. An elderly person who came with us could not walk back from the beach (but the problem is not the house; is Nerja's topography). We appreciate the detail of the bottle of cava. Highly recommended.

Perfect match for

We had a great time and enjoyed the stay very much. Everything was well prepared, helpful description, great support from the landlord. 3 nice bedrooms, each with bath, a wonderful large terrace with a wonderful view across Nerja, spacy, well equipped kitchen. The area is quiet and safe, parking was no problem. 7 min to the beach. No question, highly recommendable.

Modern appartement with large roof terrace, with easy access to the beach.

Excellent modern property. We loved the roof terrace. And the three bathrooms. And all the mod cons. The host made sure that we settled in well and the bottle of delicious cava on our arrival was a nice touch.

Lovely apartment with a modern kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, large terrace area and access to a shared swimming pool. Great location in walking distance of Burriana beach, restaurants and bars. Also very helpful and reactive host. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning in the future.

Very nice apartment

Short distance to beach and Nerja centrum. We walked back and forth every day. Short distance to supermarket. Tidy and clean apartment, very quiet place. The only thing we missed was some sunbeds at the pool.

Très bel emplacement

L'appartement est spacieux et bien équipé. Les photos de l'annonce ne sont pas récentes et ne montrent pas certaines traces de vétusté, mais il est très agréable. La terrasse et la piscine sont de vrais atouts. L'appartement se situe dans un quartier résidentiel qui est calme, ce qui est appréciable. Il est sur les hauteurs de Buriana, il faut donc marcher pour aller à la plage et en centre ville (25 minutes) mais pas besoin d’être un grand sportif.

Très bel emplacement au calme

Quartier extrêmement calme malgré les nombreuses terrasses alentour et le coeur de Nerja, pétillant de vie. Aucun bruit de voitures dans le quartier, ce qui était très appréciable. Pour arriver au centre, un parcours dans de petites ruelles pittoresques. Notez que le relief est loin d'être plat par contre. La location est très bien équipée et Johan est un hôte très attentionné. La terrasse est un vrai plus pour les petits déjeuners et les diners. Les ados ont particulièrement apprécié les rues vivantes et les boutiques de Nerja. La randonnée à la rivière Chillar est magnifique et rafraîchissante. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la location.

Great location - great flat

Lovely apartment and excellent communication from the host. In a quiet part of the town with nice views - the pool is very close and the terrace is great. The layout of the flat is great in that it splits the flat almost into two - great if you have two groups, or a teenager. The walk up from the beach or from town is quite steep but good exercise and not a problem if you are able. Parking no problem.

Great apartment

The apartment was clean, spacious very well equipped with everything you would need to stay there. Location is good although you would need a car to get around. The terrace was a good size and the views were amazing. Thank you we had an amazing time.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 6 nella proprietà Joan durante il mese di agosto . L'appartamento è molto confortevole ed estremamente pulito . Le informazioni ricevute da Joan sono state precise e puntuali e ci hanno permesso di gestire l'arrivo all'appartamento in grande autonomia . Il terrazzo è il punto di forza della struttura: ampio e ben organizzato per i pasti all'aperto e riposo e lettura al sole. Unico aspetto al di sotto dello standard dell'appartamento la lavastoviglie un po' vecchiotta . In complesso direi tutto perfetto !

Lovely well equipped home.

Great location and fabulous outside space. So well equipped, both for cooking and for the all the chairs and parasols etc you need for a beach holiday. Friendly owner, very quiet neighbourhood.

lovely apartment with the best space and view ever.

We stayed in many apartments all over the world, so we can compare this apartment with others.. The space of the terrace of this apartment is huge.The view is fantastic. One site the sea, the other the mountains and in front the nice city of Nerja with the beautiful white houses. So many chairs and even luxury lounge chairs on the terrace.. This apartment is filled with so many equipment. Lots of glasses, tableware. The bedrooms are nice and big enough. Especialy the masterbedroom. The beds are very comfortable.Once a week changing of the bedlinen and towels is also a very nice gesture.The way to the beach or town is for people who have problems with walking or climbing very hard.either by a very steep road or a lot of staircases. For us it was no problem,Good workout every day,but just to be hounest. For people with leg problems it´s better to rent a car. Place enough in the street to park the car. Also at the beach it will be no problem. Also the hosts Johan and Lotta are very friendly and prompt in answering all the questions you can have. We will thank our hosts for their hospitality. In short: next time we go to Nerja, for sure we will book this apartment again!

Lägenheten Casa Verkath motsvarade väldigt väl våra förväntningar på lägenheten. Lägenheten har 3 st fina sovrum med badrum till alla 3 rummen. Detta underlättar mycket när man är flera som bor i lägenheten. Terassen är stor och det är gott om plats att kunna äta där ute eller sola, mycket bra. Lägenheten är välutrustad. WiFi fungerade bra. Kan vara lite jobbigt med backarna ner till stranden om man har svårt att gå. Grottan i närheten av Nerja är värt ett besök. Det gick att hitta mycket bra mat på restaurangerna i centrum The apartment Casa Verkath corresponded very well to our expectations of the apartment. The apartment has 3 nice bedrooms with bathroom to all 3 rooms. This is convenient when a lot of people live in the apartment. The terraces is big and there is plenty of space to eat out there or sunbathing, very good. The apartment is well-equipped. The WiFi worked well. May be a bit hard with the slopes down to the beach if you have problem to to walk. The cave near Nerja is worth a visit. It was easy to find very good food at the downtown restaurants
