"This house is exactly what we imagine a beach house to be. The location and beach were perfect, not crowded. This was our first trip to Amelia Island and American Beach and may not be our last."

"Our family of 10 (6 adults, 4 children) stayed here in July 2025. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for our group. The kitchen was well stocked, and everyone loved the quick beach walk! The beach was not crowded, although the residents are allowed to drive on the beach in this area. It was quiet and relaxing. Downtown Fernandina Beach is about 20 minutes away with many restaurants and shopping. We all enjoyed our stay!"

"The property is beautiful and in an amazing location. We loved seating on the big wraparound porch. The beds were comfortable and there is so much natural light pouring into the house. Super close to the restaurants, bars and of course the beach. Absolutely would stay here again."

"The house is beautiful, plenty of room for everyone and little treasures for your pet in the game room closet. Host was amazing, easy to communicate with..Would stay here agsinagain.agsagaicate"

"I rented this property for one night prior to a carnival cruise out of Jaxport. This property was perfect. Its a quite neighborhood, easy access and location was great. Host was quick to respond to any needs we had.We got a good nights rest before a short 20min drive to the port on boarding day. "

"The area was a little iffy looking. The house was good. Area not noisy, it was mostly quiet. Close to everything. "

"My husband and 2 little dogs loved this house! Pool and back patio was very nice!Back patio is fully fenced in so we felt safe with the dogs off leash.Beds were comfortable. Decor modern. Plenty of space for us!We had all necessities needed.Everything is very close to either eat or shop.Beach is right across street. Not crowded.We absolutely loved our stay!"

"The place was clean and tastefully decorated. It’s a great location with a nice coffee shop across the street and a Greek donut / ice cream shop just around the corner. Also plenty of restaurants within a close walk. "

"The moment we stepped in, we were impressed. The home was clean and smelled amazing. Her attention to detail could not go unnoticed. Such a lovely and cozy home and has everything you’d need for a family with kids. And the location!!! Just steps away from the beach and so many great restaurants and shops close by. It was remarkable. "

"We had a weekend girls trip here. It was exactly the space we needed and enjoyed the easy walk to the beach. "

"Loved the house. It was great being within walking distance to the beach, especially with young kids. The only drawback was the road construction in the neighborhood. Hopefully it will be concluded when we go back next year. Will certainly rent this property again. "

"Beautiful home in the inside, house was clean and welcoming. Everything that you may need that you would have in your own home, was there. I did wish it was a tv in all rooms. After long day out, i kind of wanted to get away from the rest of fam and watch a good movie, but i had to sit in living area with some. Other than that, nice location middle of everything, i dont even think we were 10 mins from beach. Cant wait til next time!"
