From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed with a complimentary fruit basket, and to our surprise, we also received a complimentary room upgrade from a Deluxe Room to a Super Deluxe Room. "Loved my stay here. Very nicely run lodge— a great choice in the area that provides an upscale experience for a very reasonable amount. The staff were all lovely, the owner ever-present, making sure you’re having a great stay. But the stand-outs were the safari guides, who were so friendly and knowledgeable and worked very hard to ensure a great experience in the park. Saw tons of animals—so many rhinos!—but sadly no tigers, though the guides were super committed to trying to spot."
