"Perfect location in chitwan for accessing the national park and river. 10minute walk to the shops and restaurants although we ate at the lodge a few times as this was ideal. Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff were friendly and very helpful. They arranged us a walking safari with a very experienced local guide, just me my partner and another guide (i highly recommended this small group/personal option, a lot of the other groups we encountered were larger). "Honestly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. No heating (-5C and you could see your breath in room). No hot water. Food choice dire (pizza or spring rolls). Owner very rude. Checked out early. To top it off owner chased me across the apron as I was boarding my flight to accuse me of leaving without paying! (I’d paid in full on booking through here). Avoid!"
