"We had originally booked the studio apt for Jan 9 to visit an elderly parent - a family emergency came up and we had to move our visit to as soon as possible - the owner kindly allowed us to transfer the booking to an earlier date, the 5th (the day after my distressed call) at the cottage instead so other family members could stay as well. Owner is not local, so apparently did not know that the cottage was not quite prepared for guests- it was clean, but not stocked and had some repairs going...

"The perfect place for two people looking for a peaceful getaway. Right on the Jackson River Scenic Trail for biking. Top Jackson River fishing and kayaking spots all within close proximity. The apartment feels large with lots of storage, full kitchen, roomy bathroom and multiple windows for fresh air. The bed and loveseat were comfy. Keep the windows open at night and drift off to sleep with the sounds of the river then wake up to the lovely songs of the birds!"

"We loved our stay in Marlinton! This cabin is in a perfect location for rail trail and mountain biking access and the view of the mountains is very peaceful. Town is only a minute away for food, gas, other necessities (ice cream!) but at night it's perfectly quiet for rest and relaxation. We appreciated how super clean and organized this house was, with lots of little touches to make our stay enjoyable. The beds are some of the most comfortable we've ever experienced in a short term rental....

"Our stay at Danny’s rental was excellent. He provided wonderful communication, was attentive and quick to respond when needed, and the check-in process was a breeze.
