Inside, the villa features an open-plan living space with a cosy lounge, dining area, and a well-equipped country-style kitchen—ideal for relaxed holiday living.
Patio doors open from the lounge onto a shaded outdoor dining terrace, where you can enjoy meals overlooking the private pool and the sparkling coastline beyond.
The villa includes three air-conditioned bedrooms: a corridor leads to 2 twin bedrooms both with patio doors and access to the front terrace or private rear terrace and share a family bathroom. Door from the living area lead to the master bedroom, a double with comfy sofa area, TV and Patio doors leading to the terrace.
Outside, the grounds are tranquil and lush, with hedges and lawn and dotted with impressive palm trees, creating your own oasis. The inviting pool is easily accessed via steps, making it suitable for guests of all ages. Spend your days lounging in the sun, floating in the water, enjoying a game of pool, or firing up the built-in BBQ for an alfresco feast.
Latchi is nearby and offers a beautiful marina, excellent restaurants and bars, and a variety of water sports for all levels of experience. The nearby town of Polis is just a short drive away, offering supermarkets, banks, and everything you might need for a comfortable villa holiday.
