From this level, you have direct access to a balcony with a north-facing position as well as a terrace of 27 m2 with a west-facing position. The open kitchen on this floor is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area, while a separate WC is also available on this level. On the lower ground floor, a second entrance hall provides access to 1 bedroom furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a shower and WC. The upper floor hosts 2 additional bedrooms: 1 room with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with direct access to a north-facing balcony, and 1 further room with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also with access to a north-facing balcony.
