The personal manager does speak English but was not available that weekend. 2 Rooms are very different to the pictures on internet. There is no place even for a chair; you get only a towel per person, no hand towel at all, and even in the "best room", there is no place to hang the towels. "Lækker spa, super service, dejlige værelser og god morgenmad. Rigtig dejligt hotel. Kommer helt sikkert igen. Har været der flere gange. Undrer mig over at der var flere små børn i spaområdet, når aldersgrænsen er 16 år. Aftensmaden lever desværre ikke op til den generelle standard på hotellet. Den er kun til 2 stjerner."

We missed a lift when moving luggage, and a pity not having a balcony to enjoy the place even more. All in all, very recommendable place and hotel, with a great value for money ratio."
