The house was clean, living room furniture needs thrown away. Check in takes me way back, I have not had to pick up and drop off a key for YEARS! There’s a lock box at the house but be prepared to be inconvenienced by going to a business in Nelsonville to pick up and drop off keys. The house is not private. Hot tub faces another cabin as well as all the activity that happens at the Wayne National Forest Public picnic area which adjoins the property. We had four wheelers riding through the yard and cars parking at the public picnic area with music blaring throughout the week, none of which is the fault of management but again, not secluded and not private. There are a lot of steps going in and out of the house. You would think the grill would be on the upper deck so you don’t have to go up and down the steps to use it. This would be a ok place to stay if you had a family and were not looking for a week of relaxation with actual seclusion and privacy.
