• Haven View Cottage will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay.

• All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 3 hours will be included in your booking.

• Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.



⭐️ Booking Conditions & Notes

• No party or venue use. No Smoking. No pets.

• Steps - Access from the road to the house is via a steep outdoor stairway with handrail. This may be an issue for elderly guests or those with disabilities.

• Parking - Parking here is on-street, immediately below the property. The road is safe and quiet without through traffic.

• Garage - There is a small garage at street level. This isn't typically available to guests, but, by request, exceptions may be made for longer stays.



⭐️ Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm.

Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.



⭐️ Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure.
